What a suprise to have stumbled upon Pilates of Sag Harbor on Main St in Sag Harbor, NY. in the Hamptons. While strolling the avenue I noticed the advertisment for the Pilates studio. I went upstairs & was greeted by three of the staff, where I was able to make an private session that day.
What a treat. I have lower back issues which all three trainers are well trained & certified in all modalities of body work. Not only did I get a challenging work out, I felt stretched & lenghtened as well. Much better than when I walked in. I’ve already booked another session, in their well equipped, small intimate studio, away from the maddning scene.
This could be the best kept secret in the Hamptons!!!
Loved it and cannot wait to go back!!!
