Website promises acknowledgement within 24 hours. Completed online form and 6 days later I received no call, e-​mail, or any type of response.
Not impressed.

I’ve used Rob twice since my first review, and am happy to report that this company stands by it’s work, and continues to deliver.
I used them to unclog a drain in a rental I own, and he showed up promptly, and did the job with no issues. Fair price, also.
Recently, another rental had a fairly substantial leak causing quite a bit of drywall damage, and Rob answered the phone on a Sunday night, then showed up the next day to conduct repairs on what amounted to three floors. He spent more time than he anticipated, but still charged a fair price for what amounted to a lot of work.
Again, Titanium is not the cheapest. But you get what you pay for — excellent work, great communication, and prompt service. Highly recommended.

We needed work for a new business so Rob has been with us since day one of construction. We also needed help with PSEG to open up the streets and bring in new lines and Rob has been with us every step for that as well. They are easy to reach out to and always helpful. Great work with amazing people.

Called Rob based on Unilocal reviews and was so happy I did. He did some troubleshooting and repaired/​replaced some items in the bathroom. Very knowledgable and friendly. Easy to work with… all around great experience. You can’t go wrong with Rob.

Rob is my guy. We have had a few issues with our plumbing and heating. And Rob always delivers great service. Reliable. Thorough. And is fast while getting the job done. Also we have hard water in our town and Rob was able to help us out with that. We call him and no one else.

Rob did 2 jobs for me, and he’s the best priced out there and is very efficient. He made sure to stay and clean up after replacing my kitchen sink — he even walked around my tenant’s building to find a dumpster nearby to dispose of it properly. Extremely dedicated, and would hire again.

After working with several contractors who either charged a lot of money for a very poor work quality, or charged a lot of money and couldn’t deliver what was promised, finding Rob was so refreshing.

I had Rob come to my house because 1 of my bathrooms needed work. He was there exactly when he said he would be, was so professional, friendly & gave me a Great deal. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had high expectations after reading the other reviews yet he found a way to exceed them. Rob and his assistant worked quickly, quietly, and effectively. Arrived on time, didn’t talk to me like an idiot as most contractors do, did an excellent job, gave a very fair price for the time that he and a helper were here and left the place spotless. If you paid me to find a complaint I couldn’t. He’s the real deal.

It was because of the excellent reviews on Unilocal that I came across Rob’s info and I’m glad I did. Rob came on a Saturday, helped us with what turned out to be a far more serious issue than we originally thought, and did it at a fair price. It is great to know there is someone in the area that we can rely on, as we have not been as fortunate in the past.

Rob was recommended by a good friend, and I am glad we took the recommendation. We have gone through our run of the mill plumbers electricians contractors. They all sound the same and you get the same run around.
Rob is definitely the one you can count on in plumbing and heating. He is hard working, knows what he is doing, RELIABLE, TRUST WORTHY. And with all that he does not charge you extra for his great traits. He is reasonably priced. You almost feel guilty not paying more because he is that good in his field.
No job is too small or too large. He came at our rescue, also from damage of frozen pipes. (mind you other plumbers thought it was no big deal and wanted to give us appointments in a week or two) We had other problems that we were going to address at another time but Rob left such a good impression that we wanted to use his expertise.
And luckily we did! He saved my family of 3 little kids (6,5,1) from carbon monoxide poisoning by noticing a small crack in my tank less system piping. That really would not have been detected.

Rob and the Titanium Plumbing crew came to the rescue again yesterday. My mother called me at 7:30am yelling the water tank in her basement burst a, they had no water and the basement was flooded with 2 inches of water. I immediately called Titanium and like a good emergency plumber my call was answered by Rob in the early Saturday morning hours. Rob said he would be there within the hour and he was with a new water tank that he already picked up on the way over. He immediately got to work with his wet vac and removed all the water in our basement, then removed the old busted water tank, installed the new one and cleaned up. Excellent service in an emergency situation and best of all he was extremely fair on the price.
I highly recommend Titanium Plumbing & Heating and will continue to refer him to my friends and family.

Last night, I came home from a long, cold day at work to frozen pipes. Worst nightmare ever during this time of year. STUPID POLAR VORTEX I HATE YOU. Anyway, only one bathroom was affected, the other one and the kitchen sink were fine so my family and I lucked out a bit. Of course, it was MY bathroom that was affected though.
My parents didn’t want to call our old plumber because he’s slow and they don’t like him. So, I asked my cousin for help and he recommended Titanium Plumbing and Heating instead because its his friend Rob’s company. Well, Rob is really excellent. I called him today and he said he’d be available at 1 and showed up 10 minutes early. I wasn’t home while he was there but my parents were and they said he was nice and helpful. He fixed the pipes in about half hour, called me when he was done and gave me advice on how to prevent this from happening. Apparently, there’s more to it than just keeping your heat on 70 degrees. Seriously, who knew.
Anyway, Rob really helped us out in a tight spot and was able to come at the drop of a hat. I was very afraid our pipes would burst too so we needed him immediately. I appreciate his help immensely. My family and I have officially found ourselves a new, competent plumber. Hooray :).

Excellent service. There have been 3 occasions now where I called Titanium in the last 6 months and received same-​day service. Rob showed up and fixed the issue all within 2 hours of when I called. He was cheaper and faster then the last guy I was using (who I stopped using for overcharging).
He even identified another problem and said that the boiler would keep on breaking unless he fixed the second issue, then he stayed an extra hour and worked until it was done. He fixed the second issue and stuck to the original flat rate that he told me when he first came in.
Will definitely use again.
