Established in 1987.

On The Spot Home Improvements was founded by Michael J DeMarco in 1987. The company began with 1 truck /​1 customer, and has now grown into a thriving full service company with over 20,000 services performed. We now operate out of our office/​warehouse located at 24 Market St, Saddle Brook N.J. since 2006. We handle all aspects of home improvements — from small repairs to full renovations and additions.

We are a family operated company that is not afraid to put our name on the line. We believe in building a personal relationship with every customer that will last a lifetime.

We proudly serve all of North Jersey with 8 full time crews specializing in their trade. All of our field employees and project managers must meet skill requirements and must be at least OSHA 10 trained. We pride ourselves on being a family owned and operated business.
