All in One Moving & Storage

I am a concierge in a luxury high rise. I personally experienced these movers taking 3 days and over 14 hours on the loading dock. They showed up late and then were very rude when someone else had a reservation for the loading dock. Opposite of professional. I even had to pick up their trash. Save yourself a headache.

Moving out of state can be very scary and nerve wrecking when you have to depend on strangers to move your precious belongings. We decided to go with AIO All in One Moving & Storage, Inc. When we spoke about the estimate we were told that it would be $ 1135.00. We agreed and set a date for them to pick up our belongings. Once the truck was packed and loaded they gave us a price of $ 2800. That is $ 1600 over the first quote. This was our first out of state move and we trusted them to be honest and upfront about any extra costs that would come up. But none the less we had to go along with it because at that point we were on a time crunch and all our belongings were on their truck. So here we are at our new home, 1,200 miles from where we left and no notice of the truck on its way. We had to wait 14 days when at the estimate we were told 7 – 10 days. Meanwhile we left 2 voicemails with no return phone call. When they did finally show up they tried to come on a day that our gated community would not allow. We informed them of that schedule twice. So again we had to wait another day. Once we started to unpack our belongings we realized that one of the pictures they personally wrapped was shattered. All of our belonging were in disarray and the boxes were crushed and banged up. We also had two items missing. So we had to wait another week for that to be brought back. And when they did bring them to us we had to meet them outside of the community because again they came on a day that was not allowed for deliveries. Needless to say I would not recommend this company to anyone. As a matter of fact I would steer clear of any business linked to them. We have yet to receive a call back about the broken and missing items and leaving numerous voicemails with the manager, who never returned any phone calls.

Wish there were negative stars. Avoid them like plague — even if they give a low quote. They will wind up more expensive.
W’ve moved multiple times over the years, but this company was the worst that bungled up the move and gave us incredible stress even though my wife was pregnant. Absolute worst. And if you do use and get the foreman named Tido — stay clear and have them send some other crew; he is the absolute worst big-​mouth mover i have ever seen. Borderline unstable and dangerous. Moving company ignored our feedback.
The list of problems is long, so listing it out — keep in mind, the movers put us through all this grief while I have a pregnant wife and a toddler:
1) The previous move with same equipment took 3 hours. This bungled move took 8 hours!
2) The movers came late. No surprise — wouldnt be the first movers who did this.
3) The truck they came in with was already half full from a previous job — after we had mentioned this was a whole house move with a list of all the items to move mentioned over the phone. This has never happened to anyone we know.
4) The movers refused to use our Scotch movers tape and insisted on using and wasting their tape — half used tape rolls were littered all over the house and used to prop open doors and such.
5) Half way through their move, they realized the stuff isnt going to fit. So wasted more time moving things back into the house and were going to charge us to go to the new house and come back for the rest. Had to haggle with their admin to sort it out. but we got credit only for the to/​fro time.
6) The crew took multiple long breaks through the move.
7) Despite pointing out all the things to be moved, they ended up forgetting to move 2 closets and a number of smaller things. FORGOT A CLOSET! Surreal! And they refused to send us a moving truck to make things right and left my wife in tears (i was busy dealing with the terrible moving crew foreman Tido). We shelled out $ 120 for a uhaul and moving help since my wife was pregnant and clearly couldnt help.
8) The moving foreman overestimated the time to complete the move, insisted i sign for payment or would not unload the truck. And in the end when he did finish it turned out whatever electronic signature i did for refund, it never went through. I was on the phone multiple times with them the following week trying to get that refund out of them.
9) The movers broke the wheel of a sturdy suitcase that has survived multiple international trips without a scratch. So these guys are WORSE than baggage handlers! hilarious clowns.
10) They threw a huge fit about an IKEA closet and talked trash about why anyone would buy IKEA. Said engineered wood cant be moved. Ive done several moves and infact one with their company before and no-​one ever complained. They insisted we sign a waiver. In the end the closet they moaned about survived but its companion piece broke in the base — clearly because they rough handled the furniture.
11) When the new home had some cars parked in front of the Police dept «do not park» sign, the foreman threw a fit and roughlly drove the truck to the curb and claimed it was a «long carry $ 75 charge» — when infact it was NOT, i measured it. Luckily someone moved from in front of the sign and when we asked him to back up he again rashly drove the truck around the block and ended up taking a good 10minutes for what would be normally a couple of minutes.
12) They tossed around boxes that had been marked fragile — luckily we had over-​carefully packed and things didnt break.
13) They folded our expensive sterns & foster king mattress in half for the move — NEVER seen any bozos doing this to a mattress. Its now permanently damaged.
14) after all this craziness the foreman wanted to take a Pizza break on our clock. Surreal moment.
I had no time for the BS of claiming damage refund. I was just hoping for a clean move and was ready to tip them generously for it. But no such luck. And they are not cheap — they come out in the end more expensive than other moving services that come in and provide a fixed moving charge. Except it was a lot more stressful.

This is the worst packers i have ever come across… the people are so rough… they have no manners of talking… the driver was crazy… he called my husband pain in the ass when we were not able to find a box… never ever use this… they are worth nothing… They promise something and offer something else…

If I could give 0 stars I would. HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: DON’T USE THESE MOVERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU DOUBLE AND THEY WILL BREAK/​RUIN MOST OF YOUR NICE STUFF. Here are the details: Please note that this moving company quoted me $ 5299.88 in total for my move. I made sure it was a binding estimate — not to exceed. In my contract with them, it says that it is binding and can’t be raised if you have an on-​site estimate. I not only had an onsite estimate I asked several times if they could raise that during pick-​up and was told only if I added supplies. Funny thing is I actually had less stuff at pick-​up then I had when the on-​site estimator came out because I donated like 15 bags of stuff. Somehow though day of the move after it was over they said I owed $ 9636.10. Yes they told alerted me of this HUGE increase after they had all precious possessions on their truck. They claim it was because they ended up doing the move by cubic feet. If that was the case that is the estimator’s fault. You can’t almost double a BINDING estimate. I had no choice but to sign the papers they gave me though and pay the charge because they had my stuff on a truck and I had to vacate my apartment that night. They even made me sign something saying I wouldn’t dispute that charge. It’s not worth the paper it’s written on though because they obviously have you sign that document because they knew it was disputable. You can basically call this extortion or ransom. The jerky foreman said he could take stuff out of the truck if I didn’t want the price increase. Oh yeah so instead have my daughter’s crib sit on a NY street to have them trash it. Yep they give you no option.
Fast forward to delivery day and almost every single piece of my furniture was ruined. I have pictures. Things were also missing. For instance my daughter’s bed is missing that base of the bed so it’s unusable. Same thing with a nice floor mirror I had. The piece that lets it stand on the ground is missing. As for what is damaged it includes:
$ 2500 Armoire (scraped up the whole top when they entered my house to drop it off)
$ 1700 Buffet (leg broke and several chunks and chips in it now)
$ 475 Pantry (back broken, several chips/​scrapes)
$ 300 Fan (they broke a fan that was on my patio, it wasn’t even something they were moving)
$ 2000 Dresser (the legs are missing)
$ 400 Shelving unit (chunk taken out)
$ 250 End Table (several chunks/​chips)
There is a lot more too. Too much to list.
Also they had commented that my inventory increased by a certain amount and they kept track of that by putting stickers on items. It’s supposed to be one sticker per item and they are numbered 1 — 150 or something. Well I noticed certain items have several stickers on them. For instance I took a photo of one mirror that had 4 stickers on them (105 – 108) so in their final inventory they listed that particular item four times so it appeared I had three more items than I did. That is just the one example. I have to look at other boxes to see how many times this happened.
Meanwhile I had to pay the final balance of $ 4,568.05 in cash or they wouldn’t take my stuff off the truck.
All in all this move was atrocious and with the damage they caused to my furniture it is going to cost me a fortune. If I don’t get a refund trust me when I say I will see this company in court and I will win.

I have to say that All-​In-​One movers had made my move go smoothly. Chris Monahan and his team made my move as stress free as can be. Their knowledge and expertise in moving made me feel at ease and I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

1 star is way too generous for these guys. A 10 day cross country move of our furniture from NY to San Diego turned into a month-​long nightmare. When the furniture showed up a month later, everything was just thrown on top of each other in the truck. I wish I took a picture, it was absolutely horrific. Needless to say close to half of our things, including antiques were completely destroyed. No exaggeration. It gets way worse. The driver showed up to the house alone! Apparently he thought my 82 year old father was up to the task of carrying the (destroyed) antique sofa and king mattress set up the stairs of the house! Can you believe that? Movers that show up with one guy and expect you to unload the truck with them (him). No refund or price reduction was given. I ended up having to take the day off work to come to my parents house and help the driver unload our destroyed possessions. The company does not call us back. We have been unable to submit an insurance claim. This is the most horrific experience I’ve ever had with any company. The owner is a guy named Oren. I really hope he and the people of this criminal enterprise get what they deserve. A class action lawsuit that wipes this predatory business off the map would be a great start. Avoid this company like the plague. Shame on you Oren.

I originally contacted this moving company to move my belongings from NY to FL because they gave me the lowest estimate. They gave my first estimate for $ 1650 and I had a 1 bedroom apartment. The foreman was nice until he started packing the large items then he just goes completely deaf and over uses the tape so that they can charge you 25 $ for all the tape they use. Holy crap! I have never seen so much tape used that was insane. I literally watched them pack only my large furniture items and it took then 4 and half hours!!! The first error was that they were supposed to send 3 guys to pack the truck and they sent 2, and it took then 2 hours longer to complete the job. By the 3^rd hour I ended up helping them move my things into the truck because it was making my day way later than it needed to be and we still had to drive all the way down to Florida from New York. Not to mention my fiancée was waiting 2 hours at the airport for me l, so I had to pick him up first before we could of coirse make our way down… with two dogs as well! By the end of their pack and everything was in the truck. They upped estimate to an addition $ 860 because they used large heavy duty boxes for pillows!!! Wtf!!! Each box was $ 25!!! Hahaha I was livid! Why would you use those heavy duty boxes for couch pillows and soft items?! I understood that they used the tape, but way too much of it and I had a few other items that weren’t on the first estimate but they went way overboard on additional crap to charge me with! So I immediately opened a claim through
which is a whole nother issue where their customer service is an absolute joke and worthless people who do nothing for you! So they picked up my things on Jan 3, and told me it would be «a week or so» for delivery. They could not give me an exact date. They put my stuff on one truck then get to some place and take all my things from that truck and STUFF it into a large semi truck and then deliver it eventually. They got here in FL a week later on Sunday Jan 11^th where my things were literally smashed into a large 18 wheeler along with 7 other 1 bedroom apartment moves that they had. The two guys had to climb a ladder and then force my furniture and large items and boxes out of the extremely tight space that they crammed my stuff in. Every box was smashed but nothing in my boxes were ruined thank goodness because of my awesome packing skills. They damaged my brand new couch: ripped the blanket literally off the arm that was on the floor of the truck and scratched the arm. They completely demolished my large new cabinet I used for all of my kitchen dry foods etc. And scratched my dresser and one of my night stand tables. The movers at delivery seemed confused on the paperwork during checking things off as they were bringing them in. They also tried to charge us 100 $ just to put a bedframe together when I didn’t want the bedframe that I had before. It would have been the same or less amount of work. After they found that there was some things damaged they put it together anyway for free. Which I should have been free to begin with so that didn’t change my feelings! As far as the rest of the charges due for the whole bill which was about $ 2500, I had to give them the rest before they started taking my items out of the truck. I didn’t tip them at should because I had literally no money left because of this move. I understood it was going to be expensive to move. I am not happy because they gave me an estimate of 850 $ less than what they ended up charging me. Now… over a month later, I’ve sent all the required documents in to
by mail as required which took them 2 and half weeks to finally tell me they received it and that it would be another 30 to 60 days before someone will contact me in regards to the status of my claim. Today I received an email stating that my claims is at the final stages of being finished (whatever that means) and that I need to be sure I sent in all the documents they asked for and if there was something I missed to send that in, or send a signed letter stating to continue my claim as is. Every time I call their claims dept they never give me a clear answer and now I’ve sent anl nasty email in reply about why they can’t have someone call me about my claim or let me know who is assigned to it. It has been a horrible experience moving and I dread our next move :(ugh!!!

Don’t use this moving company!!! If you use this All-​in-​One Moving & Storage Company, you will regret. We had a big lesson. Here is our story.
We two families moved together from New Jersey to Nevada in Sept. 2014. Before moving, we did as most of other families would do, we had a few moving companies come for estimate. Before we made decision, a self-​claimed old man from All-​in-​One called me time and time again in order to get our business. He promised their service quality is the best and price most competitive, saying that we can rest assured. As compared with the estimate by a few other movers, All-​in-​One gave a lowest estimate, and it was about $ 6,000 for each family. So we trusted what Jay said and paid $ 500 down payment to book their service and schedule. When they sent two trucks as scheduled to do loading, everything seemed going fine. But the result after loading was a shock to both families. We were told we each should pay about $ 10,000, and after negotiation and a discount rate, we paid $ 9,987.50 and our friend’s family paid $ 10,891.06. What can you do then?
We were told it would take from 6 days to 21 days for delivery, and most probably the truck will arrive later than we do since the loading was done just 3 days before Labor Day, and they won’t ship before Labor Day. We drove all the way from New Jersey to Nevada, and unexpectedly they departed before Labor Day, and they arrived 2 days earlier than we did. We had our realtor agent to open the house to get their delivery. After we arrived, we were shocked to see the furniture and goods were piled like a mess in the house, and worst of all, we had 2 boxes missing, furniture broken and many things broken inside the box, while our friend had 5 boxes missing, more furniture broken. When we contacted All-​in-​One to locate the missing boxes, they never replied, and directed us to
, a third party agent in Miami to handle our claims.
Then next in weeks, the only way we can handle was to send emails to this
, and spent more money and more time to sign papers and send certified mails at their request to go through the procedure. We were required to sign a paper to release them from liabilities if we wanted to get compensation, and the
worked on All-in-One’s behalf and worked totally for them for their interest. They would not tell how much they will pay for our loss unless after we sign the legal paper to release them from liability. If we don’t sign, they will close the case. As a result, we had to sign their papers, and at the end we got $ 77 for the loss and furniture damaged, and our friend got $ 80 for their loss and furniture damaged. It took more than 3 months to get a few bucks for the loss and damages.
The was the result of our use of All-in-One’s moving service. We were told that moving industry is the among the least regulated industry, and many customers have become their victims. After you read our story, do you still want to use All-​in-​One?

I would not give this company any stars if possible.
On the day of delivery I found that many valuable and irreplaceable pieces of furniture
were broken and I was missing four boxes (one with very important documentation). I have moved accross country seven times before this last time and never experienced such dissapointment with a mover.
Please do not use their services.
Even after the complaint was filed they failed to provide good customer service.

Moved us in June of 2014. We had used them prior and no problems. This time they broke all the furniture and were too lazy to remove bed posts and snapped them. Sent me to claims which go thru
. Waited four months sending paperwork back and forth and was finally offered a settlement of $ 68 dollars for $ 5000 dollars worth of furniture on October 30^th. What a joke they are and see them in small claims court. If you use this company you are a fool and they also remove reviews as I had written this twice prior.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I was told that All In One was the actual movers by their reservations rep, only to find out that they contract out their jobs. I was told that because my apartment was on the 2^nd floor, it was included, only to find out it’s only 8 steps… anything over is an extra charge. I’ve never lived anywhere that had 8 steps to the 2^nd floor. When I called to speak with our rep, he didn’t care (although he seemed so attentive prior to making my reservation) and told me if I had complained, he couldn’t do anything and I’d need to call customer service.
The movers parked in front of a fire hydrant and got a ticket immediately, then made us pay it before they would unload anything. Several of our new boxes were totally messed up. One of the worst moving companies! I should have used Delta Van Lines again, but it was a rush to get done.

This is by far the worst moving company ever. I don’t know why I made the mistake of choosing them, the sales person, who was obviously very good, seemed very genuine about them being a local family company. The day of the move I was informed there was an additional $ 75 to go up stairs, something the salesperson NEVER mentioned in our 3 prior conversations and knowing full well i was moving in to an apartment. Secondly, they overcharged me the day of the move and said i had to go through a third party to have my money returned. Don’t use these crooks!!!

I feel compelled to write my first Unilocal review based on the horrible experience with this company. I moved belongings in a studio apartment across country and was originally quoted $ 1445 to move 20 boxes, bean bag, TV and full sized mattress (no frame or headboard). I expected there to be surprise charges on moving day (tape, long carry, tolls) but the biggest one was $ 675 fee because my belongings took up more space than anticipated. My biggest problem with this fee is I was not told this until AFTER my items were already loaded on the truck and could not be removed. If I could’ve taken them off and shipped the excess things myself I would have and I guarantee it would’ve been cheaper. Mike, my ‘customer service rep’ who was originally so helpful in booking my business suddenly became unavailable and unable to help me out with an explanation or recuperation of any of this absurd fee.
The next problem revolved around the delivery of my goods. I asked for a delivery date of ⁸⁄₁₉. When you use this company long distance, you accept that your belongings will arrive anywhere up to 14 days after they have been requested. The dispatch unit went from incompetence because they had no idea when my things were going to be loaded onto a truck to completely not answering my phone calls or responding to emails. I called a total of 6 times and sent 4 emails and could not even get an estimated date of delivery. Then suddenly on a Sunday night, a driver calls to tell me he’s dropping off my belongings the next morning, only 11 days late.
To top things off, this classy moving company LOST my 46 inch LED TV and several other boxes. Just completely vanished and the driver had no explanation at all. How does that happen? Well All in One sure doesn’t know as they STILL have yet to follow up or offer any sort of apology.
Total to move 20 boxes, a bean bag, full mattress and TV (now lost)? Quote: $ 1445, actual cost $ 2705.95 not including tip to moving crews on both ends.
I tried to find the best deal for a move and got severely burned by this scam of a moving company. Please, please look elsewhere. I still can’t fathom how a company that severely overcharged with no accountability and then completely loses large items with no remorse still manages to get any business. All these Unilocal reviews can’t be a coincidence. This is a group of unprofessional employees that strictly care about getting your money and do not even pretend to care about the quality of job they are doing. Don’t put yourself through this nightmare of an experience, please look elsewhere.

Horrible!!! Please read all the reviews, this company is a rip off big time, they deal in cash are not AMERICAN if you get my drift. I am reporting them to the BBB and the IRS. Make sure you have rolls of good packing tape, they retape everything and charge $ 3.99 a roll. They hard ball and intimidate you. They try to park wrong or can’t park near your door so they can charge you distance for carrying things. If you choose this company, I promise you will be ripped off. Horrible people.

I would give this company 3. 5 stars, so I am rounding it up to 4 here.
My cross-​country move cost me $ 1400 (minimum cost of $ 1350 lis $ 50 for stairs) plus around 15% tip. That’s the cost for their smallest move (300 cu ft), and I think it’s a very fair price for a cross-​country move. I had about 36 boxes and living room furniture (couch, armchair, side tables).
My customer service rep Mike was great. He had great communication, and I was able to speak to him on the phone whenever I needed him.
The pick-​up move was great! They loaded up everything in 1 hour. The drop-​off end was ok. They were missing two items, which they found in their storage space and delivered ASAP, but of course this added another week and a half. The drop-​off end also only had one guy, so I ended up helping him carry the lighter stuff. Really cool guy though, so it was not a big deal. But still I wish they had hired two guys to do the job.
Here are some things you should know/​do beforehand:
1) Tape fee. As some other reviewers mentioned, the packers will charge a tape fee. They use those cheap brown plastic tape to wrap things up. It is minimal cost, at around $ 3/​tape roll, but speak to your rep beforehand to have this waived. Or just have your own tape ready. I had spoken to Mike about this beforehand, so the foreman waived it.
2) Cash discount. The foreman informed me on site that there is a 5%? (10%? can’t remember exactly) discount if you pay for the move in cash. Even for my small move, I saved a good chunk of money because I ran to the bank to get the cash out. Talk to your rep.
3) The pick-​up guys are fast but miscounted the boxes. At destination, I had more boxes than they originally listed on my inventory. I guess the opposite would have been worse, but you still want things to match up. Tell the foreman YOU want to count the boxes and match up the sticker number to the box with him. Don’t let them load up too quickly.
4) They hire an outside carrier to do the cross-​country move. Do not let this deter you, as there are only few moving companies now days who actually own their own trucks to do such huge moves. This is a fairly normal process. Both guys (one for the original drop-​off, one for the missing items the second time around) were super sweet guys with great people skills. They do need to make sure to hire more than one guy though for drop-​off (see my notes above)
5) Most importantly, make sure that you are honest with your rep about the number of boxes on your end. No one wants surprises. If you tell them 30 boxes, and you end up with 100, guess what? They’re going to charge you more on site. Be sure to call your rep at least one day ahead when you are pretty much done packing, and update them immediately. They will be able to recalculate the estimate and let you know the new price. The company charges by cubic foot. This is how things work. My move had zero surprises because Mike and I communicated each other at least 5 times before the move date to make sure that I was still under the minimum.
6) Before your move, check the company’s ratings at sites like
and mymovingreviews. If you look up All in One at these sites, you will note that their reviews are much more favorable than the smaller Unilocal reviews. Also, go to the Better Business Bureau website to check their rating. They have a ‘B’ there, which means they are a decent company. If the company you are considering is not listed there, well, you might one to double check their background.
I didn’t mean to write a book. Sorry about the long review, but I just want to help out my fellow movers! Moving is friggin’ stressful on both ends!

My $ 720 estimate cost $ 1080. My customer service rep was also lousy.
The salesman Adam I spoke with confidently told me that they could get the job done in 5 hours. He actually said that 5 might have been an over estimate. The move took 7 hours which cost me an extra $ 240
Adam did inform me that I needed to have everything boxed appropriately or there would be extra charges. I don’t have much moving experience though so I called 2 weeks in advance to ask what to do about the big furniture. Adam told me to box the TVs, buy tape and they would take care of the rest.
Come the day of the move they tell me that my glass furniture needed to be boxed in advance. and they charged me and extra $ 120 to box that stuff.
I call Adam while the movers are there to ask for the $ 120 to be taken off the bill. My rationale was that I had told Adam I had glass furniture (which I did) and was not told about the fee. Adam goes on a condescending tirade about how I’m accusing him of being a liar and how he did tell me about the glass furniture and how even if he didn’t tell me it was in the estimate he emailed me.
In fairness I didn’t read the email closely enough. It def was there and it wasn’t in fine print or anything like that. However, Adam was told about the glass furniture, denied being told about it, was overly defensive about it, accused me of trying to cheat them looool, didn’t talk to me in a professional manner, and most importantly did not wave the $ 120 (which he should have). That call lost them my future business.
The movers themselves worked hard. Francisco the foreman was professional and him and his crew took good care of my stuff. They had to refund me $ 60 and Francisco took care of that personally and in an efficient manner. (One positive for AIO is they do handle paperwork quickly. Adam too, to his credit mailed me forms quickly and efficiently).
On the downside, they were 40 minutes late and broke an entertainment center in my parents house while moving my things out. (It was an accident though and hopefully insurance will cover it).
Overall I can’t recommend these guys to anyone. The estimate was simply bogus, there were charges there that weren’t explained to me verbally despite me calling and asking for help (though they were in the contract), and their sales rep made the experience with them unpleasant.

I just got a call from this moving company after filling out a form on
to get quotes from movers. The guy who called gave me what sounded like a reasonable estimate, so I let him know that I would look up the reviews of the company online before making a decision. He got extremely defensive and started talking down to me like I was stupid, saying that I should look at the BBB website and government websites and not believe what I read on online reviews. His tone was rude and completely uncalled for. Then I googled his company and saw why he got so defensive. Bad reviews all around!

This is the first review I’ve ever written! Be CAUTIOUS. You will initially speak to a well-​spoken person. They will ask you exactly what you will be moving. They will calculate how many cubic feet you have and give you an estimate.
The movers will arrive and only 1 will speak English… Let’s call him the Negotiator. He will ask you to come sit in the truck because he can’t leave it on the street unattended and there is paperwork to be completed. Little do you know, while you’re in the truck, the other guys are loading your belongings into the truck. Once ALL your belongings are in the truck, they will tell you that you’ve actually taken up more space than anticipated… It’s going to be double! A $ 3,000 estimate will quickly become $ 6,000 and they will also ask you for a TIP. If you refuse to pay them, they will keep the money you’ve already paid and place your belongings on the sidewalk.
When signing the paperwork they will ask you when the last time you inspected your belongings for some sort of «moth fly». My question was, «how often to people typically inspect their homes for that sort of thing»… response: just sign it or your belongings may get seized.
If you’re moving across country, your belongings will probably arrive 4 – 5 days late. If the Tractor Trailer is not able to pull into your driveway, they will charge you a $ 600 shuttle fee (this is for them to go rent a U-​haul). Here’s a red flag, you have to pay them CASH upon delivery for the remaining balance and must be paid prior to them unloading your belongings.

For the record, I never write bad reviews. In fact, I rarely write reviews period but it would seem immoral in this case not to.
They ended up adding on HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS in fees. They have ZERO communication between their office and the movers themselves. They seem friendly on the phone… DON’T BE FOOLED. They’re completely incompetent and non responsive the moment they have your things/​money.
I thought I’d give them a few weeks to at least APOLOGIZE (never mind give me a partial refund, which I deserve), but nope! complete radio silence!
