Shawn did a great job. I was very pleased with the carpets condition when he was done. I will definitely be hiring these guys next time I need a carpet cleaned.

I had a great experience using these guys and highly recommend them. I requested a quote on Unilocal and received a response within minutes. They were able to accommodate my schedule with short notice which I really appreciated since I was moving in a few days. Chris Ditty came out and did a great job on the carpets. There were major stains in several rooms that were there when I moved in so I thought they wouldn’t come out, but Chris was able to get them all out and the carpets looked better than when I moved in. He was very friendly, professional, and thorough, great guy!

For comparison I called four other places and spoke with (over help) 7 other business. They are hands down the most deserving of their reviews. Now having used three carpets cleaning companies in the past I’ve now found my favorite and they’ve earned a lifetime customer. Even without seeing the final product I know they are five star worthy. Robert was very responsive and was extremely friendly. The quote he gave was affordable and they showed up at the exact time that he set up with me. When my landlord was being difficult about where to park Shawn worked with the parameters given and made it work! He was helpful and courteous at all times. Rob really deserves all of the great reviews. He cleaned our master bedroom and a large wool area rug. The area rug is cream color and was very dirty. Now looks great! His prices are very fair. He is now our go to carpet guy!

Carpets look absolutely amazing! Robert was very quick about providing me with an estimate and service. Chris showed up on time and was done as promised. I had used another company just a few months previous and they did not even come close. I also had various pet stains and he got them out. The house smells fresh again!!! I would definitely recommend using this company.

Rob was great! He came out yesterday and cleaned my carpets. There were even some spots he saw on carpet I was not planning to clean that he went out of his way to clean. His price was much better than others. Our crappy carpet looks great. Even the well worn stairs look almost new. I highly recommend World Class Carpet Cleaning. I will be calling them in the future.

I had my couch, chair and carpets cleaned today. This is the best cleaning job ever! My couch looks brand new! He does an immaculate job! The carpets are so clean and soft… like brand new. My experience with World Class Carpet Cleaning was anything but world class. It was mediocre at best. I felt confident asking for an estimate after reading all the wonderful reviews. Rob’s rate was lower than anyone else’s, so that helped in my decision to have them come out.
Things went well at first. Rob texted me a few times, confirming time and date. During our last text session, I made sure to give him very specific directions for the technician that would be doing the job. We also agreed to have the appointment start at 10.
The next morning I received a phone call from the technician at 9:15 asking why I wasn’t answering my door. Finding this odd not only because the appointment was for 10, but also because I hadn’t heard anyone at the door, I informed him that things wouldn’t be ready for another half an hour. He seemed a bit annoyed by this, but agreed to come back.
Forty-​five minutes later I called to find out where he was and to make sure he was coming back. Come to find out, he had been at the wrong address. It became abundantly clear that my directions had not been shared.
When Chris finally arrived, he was surly and barely muttered a word the whole time the treatment was being done. At the end, he asked who was paying and left without asking if the job was satisfactory or offering any suggestions on how long to wait for it to dry.
The carpets did look good after he left. After a couple of days, however, I noticed streaking in a few areas where there appears to be residual product that was left behind during his rush job. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for with carpet cleaners.
*It should be noted that after this review was posted, the owner offered a refund or re-​do. We declined both.

We used this carpet cleaner after buying a house. We had them clean the carpets in the new place and then had them clean the carpets in the old home. They did a thorough job in both homes. The carpets looked great and they smelled even better. The service was also very impressive. They were explaining all of the things to keep in mind after the cleaning but were also personable. The pricing was fair!
We will be using them again!

Excellent! Our carpets were beyond dirty. 5 kids, 3 dogs, 2 cats and plenty of spills. Everything came out. Owner Robert is VERY reasonably priced, honest and a hard worker. When he was leaving he even said of anything comes back to call and he will touch it up for free! Definitely won’t loose his number!

Usually I’m a little skeptical about 5 star ratings on Unilocal.I’ve had two experience where it all went south.
Not with these guys. They brought my faith back into Unilocal.
I had a room that was left filthy from a room mate and a rug that was destroyed by our dog. Brandon came by this afternoon and knocked it out the ball park!
Both carpet and rug are super clean and smells amazingly brand new. Go with these guys, they are the real deal.

Here’s another five star review! We couldn’t be happier with the job; Rob is so professional, polite and gets the job done quickly. He’s the only worker I ever had to tell that I am not going to pay what he quoted me. He tried to charge me $ 200, I told him «no way» and gave him $ 250! The dudes amazing, his work is unbelievable. Take a look at the before and after pictures. Both my wife and I like Rob so much, I’m trying to get her a job with him.
