History

Established in 2012.

Workforce Equanimity is the brain-​child of father-​son duo, Dr. Larry and Lawrence Hiner. Its goal is to aid small and mid-​sized businesses in creating learning-​based work environments for their employees. Their research-​based approach increases morale, profits, and sustainability by building 21^st century Learning Organizations.

Dr. Larry, a doctor of organizational psychology and certified business coach, focused his research on the growth of Learning Organizations, a topic well exercised during his tenure with IBM and NorCal Health Care providers.

Lawrence spent 10 years in Employee Development at a fortune 50 cellular retailer before consulting as a Learning & Development specialist. He now directly works with Talent Development orgs on systemic growth programs.

Together, the Hiners have attracted several additional consultants and certified coaches to contribute to their goal of revolutionizing Learning & Development in Northern California.

Lawrence Hiner is a Learning & Development Consultant in Sacramento, CA. He has more than 10 years of experience building, facilitating, and assessing employee development programs.
