We usually enjoy our dinner from this location. I ordered 50 wings and a large size fries with cheese. The wings was good but my large fries was crazy salty. At home I tried to salvage the fries by throwing it into a bowl and dusting the seasoning off with my hands. It was still salty. I then returned to the location to ask for another large fries. I explained to them that I tried to salvage it but couldn’t. They took my fries and I watched them throw it back into the fryer. This was their attempt to make it less salty. It must have been in the fryer for a minute or two. They took the fries out, put it in a bag, and handed it to me. I took a bite and said it was still salty and now drenched in oil. I was in disgust that they would throw fries that has already been touched by my hands and eaten into the fryer that they cooked all their food in. So the cashier then told the cook to drop a large. It would be 5 minutes until I got a NEW large fries.
Yuck guys!

Wing stop is my favorite restaurant, but this location is stingy on their sauce. Usually when I order original hot, my wings are sitting in a pool of sauce, but today my wings had bare spots without any sauce on them.

Awful customer service. Not happy. If the door says open till midnight why can they close whenever. We walked in at 10 called ahead and ordered so it would b ready when we got there. It wasn’t ready. The food was not nearly as good as it usually is. The guy at the front tells us would u like it to go cuz we close in 40 mins. No explanation… no apology… nothing. If I spend 45.00 on wings I’d expect a little better service. Then when we got our food the guy at the front tells us we should get to go boxes because we only had 10 mins to eat. By now it’s only 10:25. Really… wtf. I’m so upset I do not plan on returning any time soon. The staff was rude. Very unhappy customer.

What’s not to like. Open late and right near me. I prefer calling my order in because is and get very busy at certain times

Nice location on Florin and I –5. We always get the lemon pepper, it’s our favorite flavor. We always get the extra crispy. Ready in 14min and we are good to go. You can call in the order by phone, but they have to charge your card first before firing the order so be prepared. They have a special where you get a free fry with the purchase of a 20pack or more.

I have never had an issue with this location until I placed an online order. It was suppose to be ready by 930, and I did not receive my food until close to 950. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes for food I would have ordered in the store instead of online. Don’t order online from them, just call it in!

Since moving to Greenhaven, this Wingstop has been my #1 option for fulfilling my chicken wing fetish. The customer service here is impeccable, and the preparation of the wings are always consistent. I used to think that chains such as Wingstop are consistent when it comes to the quality of their food. However, from my experience trying other Wingstop locations (I’m not going to mention any specific locations), that’s not always the case.
Whenever I step into this location the Cheers theme song starts playing in my head…“Where Everybody Knows your Name”… I think it’s cool that Jay (one of the cashiers) has taken the time to memorize not only my name, but my girlfriend’s name too. It may not be a big deal to some, but I’m all for individuals who possess great interpersonal skills. We generally don’t have to wait no longer than 15 minutes for our orders, and our food is always hot and ready for consumption. Just a heads-​up, if you plan on ordering on a big game day (such as the Super Bowl), make sure that you order WELL in advance…
Oh yeah… if you happen to call your order in, make sure that you verify that you are calling into the Greenhaven/​Pocket Wingstop. There are two total Wingstops on Florin Rd, one across from the Wal-​Mart and the Greenhaven/​Pocket location (I once made the mistake of calling into the wrong one).

Honestly, I don’t get what is the hype is all about.
I usually don’t eat this stuff, but today I did.
Deep fried, greasy food with 2 tons if salt.
Bathroom was dirty as well.

I LOVE wing stop! This location is near my home so it is the one we now go to the most but I have been to over 10 wingstops and this one has been the most consistent.
Everything is always hot and fresh because as soon as your wings are sauced they call out your name! I love hot fresh food. I love their fries, the salty sweet seasoning they use is like no other french fry you will try. They go great with ranch, honey mustard or the blue cheese dressing. The also have the good ranch, homemade buttermilk ranch!!! The best! There carrot sticks and celery are always super chilled and very refreshing and go well with any of their dips. OUr favorite is the garlic parmesan on a boneless wing or strip and lemon pepper on the traditional wing.
I tend to order the same thing. Which is what was described above. My husband likes to mix it up and try a few wings in different flavors. He has tried them all and never complains about any of them. It kinda just depends on his mood when it comes to ordering the flavors.
The staff has always been very nice here and they do a good job of keeping the seating area clean once someone leaves.
I have been in here on the busiest day of the year for them (Super bowl) and on slow days and I have never left unhappy.

By far the cleanest location I’ve been to. The customer service is great and the food is always made within the time frame quoted. We love our wings on Friday evenings…

Customer service only-​I used to go here WEEKLY but there’s a very angry and rude employee that I always get and I now avoid this location like the plague. His name is Jeremy. He never greets customers and talks in one word phrases only-I’ve seen him slam things around and mistreating co workers, how he still has a job In customer service I don’t understand.

I mean come on. It’s Wingstop. The wings are Wonderful! The service here is the only problem I have. One time I came in with a deal for 5 free wings with an order of wings. I was able to place my order and received my 5 free wings. The cashier then said I could continue to use that deal till the end of the month.
So I came back in and tried it again. I got a lot of flack from another cashier, who I assumed was the manager, cause he is always there. He was a very weird little man with glasses. He said I couldn’t use the deal, even though was told I could. I eventually got my 5 free wings. He was so rude and continues to be rude to me every time I come in. I will of course still come here but it will be an awkward time if that guy is there.

When we walk in the door we are greeted and immediately told that the credit card machine is down and they can only take cash at the moment. Well alright…
I was badly craving wings so we still decided to order and go get cash out of the nugget grocery store around the corner. You would think that the food would have been prepared to perfection since there were issues to start. We ordered 20 wings: 10 mango habanero, 5 lemon pepper, and 5 garlic Parmesan. Also a large order of fries.
We had to ask for ketchup and we got no dipping sauces. The fries were ok but cooked in old grease. The wings were so so. I was upset I wasted calories on this meal to be honest. I will probably try another location before completely giving up on this franchise.

I use to live by this location and ate here quite often. Sadly I fail to realize their Monday and Tuesday deal of what use to be $ 0.50 a chicken (now it’s $ 0.60). I also stumbled upon their new flavor, mango habanero. I like mango, so I decided to try some of that plus my original go to, the lemon pepper. After hearing so many rave reviews about the Louisiana rub, I will definitely give that a try the next round. The mango habanero had a light kick from the pepper, the mango taste was more subtle than I thought, but overall it was pretty satisfying. Lemon pepper never disappoints me.
Service here is always great. From the moment you walk in, order your food, and leave the place. You’re always greeted or acknowledged with a smile. I also love how clean this location is compared to other locations I’ve been to.

Out of all the wing stops, this location it’s consistently the best! The place is spotless and the employees work hard to keep it that way! Every time I go, I See an employee named Adam! This guy seems to do it all! Front of the house, back of the house, calling out orders, answering the phones and cleaning the tables ! More importantly he does it all with a smile on his face! If he’s not the store manager… he should be!
You have to get the French fries and request them to be done extra crispy! I love the bone in wings the most! My favorite flavors are garlic, lemon pepper and Louisiana rub! The wings are done perfectly, crispy hot on the outside and moist on the inside!

1^st time at this Wingstop a few weeks ago and they had the kitchen smoking LOL I’m guessing they are not up to date with their smoke sensors either because they should have been going off! I had my order to go and it hit the spot. LOVE that they stay open late!

I revised my review because Wingstop’s wings are back to normal. I had a bad batch some time ago. The boneless wings were half of the normal size. I’m happy to see they are back to their regular size.
They really do have a great selection of flavors, crisp delicious fries and good service. It’s one of my favorite places for wings. Good job Wingstop! Those big chucks of boneless chicken meat are hard to beat!
