I had had wings from Wingstop before and I didn’t care for them, they were really salty, so I never went back. My brother in law wanted to go one night, and now I can’t seem to stay away! The wings are crispy, and I can’t decide if my favorites are the lemon pepper or the garlic parmesan. You can also get them plain and have them put the sauce like their classic hot sauce on the side for dipping. Nothing fancy, not too expensive, but man, why do they take so long? 25 minutes to fry up and toss some wings? I know they had a few orders in front of us, but man, the couple times we have been there, it’s a long wait. We even tried calling ahead(as suggested by their signage), but they didn’t answer the phone. I don’t know what kind of potatoes they use, but they have a slight sweet flavor than regular russet potatoes. Give it a go if you want wings, it’s in their name, but I would definitely call ahead if you can.

While I like their food, this has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Have been hung up on over the phone, placed on hold for minutes and just forgotten, and watched as my food was handed to another customer while I tried to object. Only for them to realize after the fact the gave the customer their wrong order. Avoid at all costs.

Poor customer service. I called about 11:30 to place and order and no one picked up. Got there at 11:45 and they weren’t busy so I’m wondering why they couldn’t pick up. I’m guessing they wanted to go home because when I attempted to open the door it was lock and they gave me the look like«we’re closed» I’m like the sign says open and its 11:45. I was so dissapointed and decided to call up WINGSTOPINWESTSAC and they were able to help me… how is that possible seeing that I live in Natomas? Its called awesome customer service! Don’t waste your money and time at this one. Their wings and fries are a dissapointment anyways. I love the one in WESTSAC… the fries aren’t overly greasy and greatly seasoned & the wings are always good!

Definitely not coming back to this location. The fries were overcooked, soggy and taste like I’m eating straight oil. The wings weren’t the best I’ve had either and the to-go ranch sauce just didn’t taste right. I don’t even know if I’ll be able to finish my lunch which is disappointing considering it was $ 10 wasted. I love wing stop but this location just didn’t do it for me.

NEVERGOHERE I don’t judge places on their food or service if I feel they are trying hard but this place is where food goes to die, I ordered two combos and three fries, one cheese fries two reg, when I go to pay it came out to $ 40 so whatever I was hungry don’t judge, the chick charging me had a this I don’t care attitude and it was annoying, when you look around everyone who works there looks like a convicted felon I swear I saw the fryer guy on an episode of Americas most wanted, so I ask for two extra dipping sauces so she stops charging me and goes and tells them and then she starts checking stuff on her cell phone and then leaves to clean a table, she finally comes back and charges me and I grab my food and leave, I get in my car and see that instead of cheese fries I got a container of cheese with no fries for some fuckin reason, also it didn’t taste like cheese it tasted like burned plastic dipped in chipotle diarrhea, I should’ve known because I saw this in the parking lot(see pic) also the boneless wings were bad, not undercooked, just cheap chicken that was sitting in the sun for 3 years and then found on the floor and they decided to bread it and cook it and give it to me, my sister is currently vomiting right now and I have the need to also, never go here, just drive to west sac at the IKEA court and go to that one,

As a Natomas resident, I should know better than to try to eat out when there’s a home game at the arena(final season till they move downtown!). Well, it’s also Thursday night football… bf wanted wings and Buffalo Wild Wings’ wait time was one hour for two people! Nope, ain’t got time for that. Circled back to Wing Stop and got an order to go(tables pretty full) of 20 pieces dry seasoned classic, 10 lemon pepper and 10 garlic parmesan, side of atomic sauce for my man. I’m too weaksauce(pun intended) when it comes to spicy food. The total wait time was definitely less than 20 minutes I’d say, and they did have the Arizona/Minnesota game on while we waited. It was a good amount of wings for the night, though we have been known to devour more at B-dubs on Tuesdays when wings are just cents.

This is probably the worst Wingstop in Sac! The service is so bad that, even though we live around the corner from this one, we tend to go all the way to W. Sac to the other Wingstop. Whenever we call to order we are put on hold for about 5 minutes until we decide to hang up. One time I stayed on the phone just to see how long the hold would last and it was 10 minutes and I figured they forgot about me.

There’s always a problem with service at this location. But today was thee worst ever! Arrived and placed my order with a young lady, after about 15 minutes young lady says my order is coming up. After another 5 minutes she asked the name on the order and if she was the one that rung me up. Told her the name and that she rung me up… she proceeds to tell me that someone called and canelled my order!!! I’m sitting here the entire time, no one knows I’m here so obviously that was a mistake and the wrong order got cancelled. I’m done with this joint, you have been warned.

Worst service ever! Called twice to place my order was kept on hold for many minutes both times. I get there and the registers are down and they are only accepting cash. I go get cash, come back and order. The phone rings and the girl behind the counter asks the customer to hold and does not go back to the phone. There was no one at the counter that she needed to help. After almost 20 minutes, I throw up my hands and ask if my food will ever be ready. The two people working in the kitchen finally prepare my order. This entire ordeal took me 45 minutes.

The lady at the register wasn’t very friendly but the food was hmm… okay or probably not-that-great. I ordered the Cajun and Atomic. The Cajun wasn’t spicy at all. The Atomic was not on my spice meter because it was spicy but not really spicy. I was expecting at least 3 pieces of each chicken but they gave me 2 tiny atomic pieces and 3 tiny Cajun pieces. The fries they gave me didn’t taste like anything and they were soggy and gross. I recommend going somewhere else. There are plenty of other places around here to go to.

Absolutely awful customer service. Other locations have been fine, but this one has convinced me to never eat at Wing Stop ever again. Looks like Buffalo Wild Wings across the street got a new customer…

My favorite of the big wing chains. I tend to gravitate to the dry rub flavors such as lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan and Louisiana Rub. The wings are crisp when they come out of the fryer, so it almost seems wrong to get them soaking wet with sauce. But that’s just me. Their medium hot is pretty darn good if you’re looking for a classic buffalo wing. I’m also a big fan of their seasoned fries and their rolls. I’ve also been known to order a side of seasoning/sauce to use in my own cooking. I’ve patronized this location on dozens of occasions and have never had a major problem with service.

Like every wing stop this place is wing stop. If you don’t like the excess oil make sure you let these guys know before they make the order. If you want extra seasoning ask them before you make the order. Good location and good staff.

Food is always good here. Seem to have a turn around on employees. That would be the only down fall here. Some are great help and then some have been not so good, which i guess is good that there not there anymore. But the guy that runs the place is always friendly and does a great job. But the wings boneless or bone in, beans and the potato salad is good. love the seasoning on the French fries.

How is their phone busy for 45 minutes straight? Customer service sucks. I’ve been here before and I promise I had a good time but as of late, don’t even bother.

I’ve been to plenty of Wingstops in Sacramento, and this by far is the worst one. I went there on a Sunday at around 10:30PM and it was a mess inside. So many tables were empty with trash all on them, I can understand you can become busy, but when I arrived, it was pretty slow, and especially at around that time. On to my order, a simple 10 piece original hot bone in. I also wanted to use a coupon I got from RetailMeNot for a free order of fries, but apparently they don’t accept coupons from RetailMeNot, so then why the hell is it on that website then? For charming good looks? I was given a time frame on when my wings would be done, 15 minutes, OK not bad, so I thought, there’s only one more person in front of me so I should be out quick… Yeah didn’t happen. While waiting for my order I like to observe how the employees act and what they do, they are very slow at what they do, and sometimes don’t even know what to do. I swear, one of the guys mopping the floor literally mopped until even after I got my order, which was 30 minutes, NOT15. Then one employee was on their phone, their own cell phone mind you, while taking someone’s order, who does that? Apparently they do. Then one female and male employee kept touching all over each other, giggling like it was cute… and why would I want all your hot and botheredness all over my food again? I mean seriously, nobody can wait to do that at home anymore? Poor atmosphere and employees, the only good I got out of it, was when I came home with a 20 piece at a 10 piece price. But then again, they don’t pay attention, and I deserved to be reimbursed after all that crap at that location.

I love this place. Wings take more than 6 minutes to make. If you want premade wings go to Buffalo Wild Wings and shush. The music here is so good so if they turn it up a notch I’m not even mad… Wings are so good, fries are fresh. Bathrooms are super clean. I don’t think I ever ran into any problem here &i eat here a lot. Lemon pepper wings are sooooo good. Just be patient. Fresh made wings have to take some time. I’ve tried making their wings at home. It doesn’t work. Not even half as satisfying. Good place.

They charge me for ranch when I order 40 wings because it’s not a «combo»??? So if I order a $ 10 combo it’s free? Very lame! Not to mention that the staff decided to talk about me after I called them out on charging me. So not cool Wingstop. Never had such bad customer service at any other Wingstop I’ve been at

I was in the area and needed a quick lunch. Ordering was difficult because they had the music blasting so loud I had to yell to be heard, and had to keep asking the cashier what she had said. I ordered a six piece boneless combo with spicy and hickory flavors, and a side of veggie sticks with ranch. My order took almost 20 minutes to come out(so much for fast lunch). The spicy flavor was actually pretty good but the hickory was syrupy and gross. The fries were terrible. The celery and carrot sticks were adequate. I really doubt I’ll be back.
