Worst customer service. They don’t seem to have enough knowledge about marine parts to even look stuff up in a catalog. I have tried to shop there about 3 times and always go away empty handed and frustrated. They also seem to always be short handed probably because they sit forever pretending like they might find the part in the book.

This is for sure a cool place to walk around and dream about boating adventures. I probably burned 45 minutes of walking up and down every aisle checking things out. The only problem is it is quite expensive so the reality of me buying anything got pretty slim at that point. This place has everything you would want for boats, is very clean and the staff is friendly. Got my brother in law a gift card because there is another location in Rocklin where he lives.
