Wanna Get Flashed? Cellular Superstore!

Ok so my friend came here and got a Samsung galaxy s2 from them and they fully flashed to metro she said she only paid 160 for the phone (they also had s3 s4 and I phones) so IM thinking to myself ok cool that’s pretty cheap (should’ve known better) they’re located in this tiny little shop prolly the size of a high school bathroom lol behind a comic book store everything about it just scream enter if you dare
I go in a week later after her ask for the same phone and he says 190 out the door I told him my friend just came here and she said she only paid 160. Then he says for the flashing and taxes. I needed A NEW phone so ok I did it. Took my info then told me to come back in 2 hours.
2 hours later I wAs busy so I sent my husband to pick it up. Cool. Husband came home with the phone but guess what he «forgot» to give Me a charger. I just said forget it I had plenty chargers at home. Fell in love with my phone .
Until 2 weeks later. The phone port slowly getting loose so I had to hold the charger a certain way just for the phone to charge. It had 30days warranty plus the lifetime warranty for flash so IF the flash wasn’t working they’ll fix it. It was letting me receive pic messages but would not let me send.
Go back to the store on my day off work. The guy states I need a receipt to do the warranty. But he didn’t tell Me that I would need it since they had my information in they’re system. Then he said ok you don’t need the receipt what day did you come in here. I have him an approximate date. Then he gonna say he can’t do anything for me. But if I want hi to fix the port he’ll only charge me $ 70 dollars.
I was pissed so I just left. They advertise on craigslist a lot with 2 locations IM not sure about the other one but this location is fraud and scam (my friends phone is doing the same thing)
