Super easy transaction. Called my insurance company and told them I would be using VIP Collision based on a referral from a friend (you have a right to pick the shop your car gets fixed at). VIP did all the business transactions with my insurance company. I literally walked in, paid my deductible, and walked out with my perfect car. Dennis was a great communicator. He even came into work early one morning to accommodate my personal work needs. Car was approved by Progressive and work was done within a week. They even cleaned my car before pick up. I really feel like Dennis, and everyone at VIP Collision went out of their way to make this repair as painless as possible.

This is my second time doing business with VIP Collision. Previously, Dennis painted the wheels and roof spoiler on my 2012 Maxima. The quality of service was great, and both paint jobs still look immaculate.
This time around I brought my girlfriend’s 2015 Mazda 6 to Dennis for wheel painting. I dropped the car off on a Tuesday afternoon, and Dennis called me the following Thursday to inform me that the car was ready. Similar to my previous experience at VIP, the quality of work and customer service was superb. It’s crazy how a change in wheel color can enhance the appearance of an otherwise stock vehicle.
I will be returning to VIP (in the near future) in order to have my rear diffuser painted!
