UYE: MNF Guest Chef Night With Ang C. at Old Ironsides

An evening of Iron-​Skills in an Iron-​Kitchen @ (Old) Iron-​Sides.
SITREP
This evening, the iron skills of Chefs Angelo C. and Jennifer L. were put to the test. In promoting tonight’s event at Old Ironsides, Chef Angelo C. secured the assistance of Chef Jennifer L. to create delectable taste treats for the crowd at Old Ironsides.
Thus it was an AWESOME Chef-​tastic Display of Chef Angelo C. & Chef Jennifer L. as they fed us iron-​yummies.
THE MENU
A simple, but tasty menu:
* For the ominvores, it was roasted Brätwurst with grilled onions upon a bed of creamy CHEEESY polenta (that tasty Spanish corn dish). And it was dam good!
* For the vegetarians, it was roasted Artichokes upon a bed of, yes you guessed it, creamy CHEEESY polenta. And it was dam good too!
Oh what’s that? How do I know? Well, because I was a little piggy and I GOT BOTH! And with $ 2 pints of PBR on tap, there was plenty of cheap beer to wash it all down with!

Props to both Angelo and Jennifer for doing a great job of preparing some delicious food for us to enjoy at the «Guest Chef Night» under the auspices of Old Ironsides.
