This is clinic is inside the Glassrock building, a block or so away from UCD MEDICAL CENTER. Limited number of parking spots right outside the building. ENT clinic is on the 5th floor 5200. The clinic itself seems small but there were a lot of people in the waiting room. Our ENT specialist was wonderful. Her name was Dr Coffman and she recommended dad for a hearing aid. She did warn us that it takes months to get a hearing aid consultation and to give the clinic a call if we do not hear from them in 4 months. Sounds like a lot of time but it is worth it if you have limited financial resources.

Impossible to get an appointment to see anyone. I was booked to see an Otolaryngologist on a Friday and apparently they don’t have any available on Fridays. How incompetent is that!
Millions of dollars spent on nice facilities and equipment and staff, and very little devoted to actually SEEING patients.
I’ve had the same problems with their clinics.
If you actually want to be SEEN by someone before your symptoms go away or become too chronic, go to another PPO.
