Great classes offered through UC Davis. If you are a nurse looking for ceu’s. Check out the website for which classes you can register for.
Basic EKG interpretation: 3 day course. i’ve taken this course now for the second time taught by Cherry Hicks. Shes suck an informative and fun lecturer. Worthwhile if you need a refresher course on EKG interpretation. Our unit is going tele soon and this class is great for that. Not meant to be taken in place of ACLS but i think this would be great prior to acls if you like to learn. ;)
I’ve also taken «The first five minutes» taught by Carine Dunbar” this was my favorite class by far. Shes witty and full of knowledge. Class size was small. 6 – 8 people. Perfect for hands on learning. :)
