Love this place. I have NEVER bought anything from another smoke shop after my first time here. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and great prices. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. The manager SAM is a great guy and always hooks me up with exactly what I need. Every time I go in to browse I end up making a purchase because I feel I can never leave them empty handed. Thanks for all the amazing stuff and service guys! I’ll be back on Tuesday for my hold!

They do not stand behind their products!!! ALL SALES FINAL. But they do not tell you this before they sell you a product that THEY recommend. Not existent customer service and satisfaction. Bought twice from here; both times defective products they would not return. Will never purchase anything from this terrible company again!!! Stay away.

One of the best selections in the area! A few good art pieces, good glass brands. Know what you’re looking for before you go though, the staff isn’t the most knowledgable about various pieces.

Horrible customer service by some of staff members, over prices Mods… the e-​juice i’ve tried is okay. The main reason for the bad review is based on customer service.

Best pipes in Sacramento. Went here with my brother yesterday and this place is awesome. The front in clothing which threw me off but when your in the back your in smokers paradise. The staff is friendly and helpful, plus everything is so way cheaper. Recently bought a gandalf pipe for 30 dollars, found one almost double the size and thickness in glass (mine is very thin) and it was 35 way cooler colored too. Just out of this world cool pipes and smoking options. I will be back to use the 20 percent discount for check in!

Just moved here from SoCal and this was our first time visiting a smoke shop up north. The staff was super nice and helpful and got us just what we needed! Definitely coming back for all of our smoking needs!:)

It’s really hard sometimes to find a good smoke shop, especially when you are new to town. This place is the best shop in Sacramento and will save you the trip to Berkeley. Walking in is a clothing store and in the back is the smoke shop. Every staff member that has helped me has been very knowledgable and they have quality goods at every price level. Most recently they saved me $ 200 by showing me how to replace a broken piece of my vaporizing pen…$ 20 and done. They have everything that a smoker needs, well everything except the medicinal herb.

Went in to get an ash catcher for my water pipe, and Tony was EXTREMELY helpful. I have not received service of that caliber in a retail establishment (especially a head shop) in a very long time. Tony went to great lengths to present as many solutions as possible to my situation, some of them very creative. In the end I left with exactly what I needed and could not be happier with my purchase or the service I received. Thanks Tony!

I recently visited this store and bought a… shirt.
The shirt i bought is pretty nice. I had broken my old shirt when I dropped it. The shirt was made by a local glassblower, and was made with nice craftsmanship. Really nice thick glass. Yep. Some really nice shirts there.
They also sell clothes, and hackey sacks, and hats, and stuff.
So if you see me coming out of there, that’s what I was looking at… okay?

I’ve been back and forth about Twisted for a long time. This visit was good and saved any past negative experiences. Wish I got the guy’s name. I know he gave me and three other customers masterful advice on glass pieces. He sold us all by his knowledge and was not pushy about prices or twisted glass in general.
Applied the Unilocal 25% off with no issue. Also saved me from leaving my iPhone behind. Visit was on 1÷20÷15 in afternoon. Thanks for getting better staff. You earned a customer back.

Counterfeit Vap pens are sold here. I recently bought a micro G pen made by
here and had problems with the battery and coils going out way to soon (after just a few uses). When I bought the pen I was told that there is a one year warranty on the battery so when I had the problems I went to the manufacturers web site and then spoke to their customer service. They had me send them photos of my product only to tell me that Twisted is not an authorized dealer for this company the pens are fakes so no warranty! I contacted twisted and shared what I had been told when it comes to my warranty and they agreed to refund my money. I don’t know if the owner knows he is buying fakes or not but the fact is he is buying these pens from somewhere other than the manufacturer and is actually charging more for fakes. Either way if your looking to get a vap pen here beware. Other than this I think they are nice here and I have bought some glass in the past but I am disappointed I was sold a fake.

The owner of the business messaged me after I posted above and told me that they took these pens that were counterfeit off the shelf. So that is a good thing. I understand that buying counterfeits can be a problem but I believe it is the job of the store selling the product to make sure they have the real deal. This is a good shop with good service but I recommend doing a little research on the Web before going in the store. If you buy a vap pen that has any kind of a warranty you should check with the manufacture of the product to make sure you have the real thing.

This is my go to spot for glassware and accessories. The have everything you could imagine and then some. Don’t lean on the glass but go ahead and ask. They have ecig, vap, metal, wood, glass, stone and alot too choose from. Sure there’s a clothing boutique in the front. Cute super girly stuff for skinny girls. A few Rastafari shirts and some posters. I wish the front was like the old head shops I remember with tyedye, music memorabilia, incense and tapestries. Price in both shops are decent.

I bought a bong at Twisted and it cracked about three weeks later when I cleaned it. I didn’t use anything unusual – just soap and hot water, followed by an alcohol rinse. I’ve been cleaning bongs this way for years and never had any issues. When I asked for an exchange (not a refund) the woman behind the counter accused me of banging it (not true!) and then claimed that the alcohol made the plastic deteriorate. AWFUL customer service – they’ve lost a customer.

Wow they have such a beautiful glass collection! It really only took me a few minute since the object I was seeking I had found immediately, and for such an awesome price, the glass work was intricate and beautiful. But the best part was the price, such a steal for what I played I had to tip because the price was so awesome, but don’t forget the young male cashier was awesome and very helpful, sorry I couldn’t get his name. Not usually into reviews unless I hate a place but I definitely had to recognize this place tonight I left so very happy :)

I’ve bought several smoking apparatuses here and for the most part I’ve been please with my purchases. The staff was moderately helpful and the prices seem pretty average. The only thing I didn’t like, and wish they would change asap, is the size of the back-​room, where all the glass-​work is kept. The room is small, its tough for a self-​diagnosed-​claustrophobic to be in there for than five minutes when other customers are present. I don’t want to feel rush nor do I want to feel like I’m in the way of others.

I want to send à personal thank you to Twisted. My husband quit smoking ciggarettes since the day I bought the rechargeable e ciggarettes. He no longer has a craving for ciggarettes! He gave his e ciggarettes to our nephew so he can stop smoking ciggarettes! So far our nephew is doing good!

I had an issue with these people over a year ago that was just resolved because of a change in management. Chris C. came from out of nowhere after I had almost forgotten about the issue and voluntarily when above and beyond my expectation.

Today I went to twisted for the first time. I was very impressed by their great selection and the prices were very reasonable. The girl helping me was super knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back here!

Hey Twisted, as a hookah smoker your shop is great! I will give you guys some advice though being one of the better hookah smoke shops in Sacramento — please stock some Tangiers shisha/​tobacco and I promise that you will make a killing!!! Find the Tangiers guys online and get to ordering please! Another word of advice is to stock 200g canisters of Starbuzz’s bold line! Trust this advice, heed this advice — that is all!

Iv been coming here for years. Very unique pieces, kinda pricey at times, but they never let me down with such a large selection! Once in a while, they hire some pretty clueless workers… but I think a majority of the time Ive been in, people have been generally knowledgeable.
I love their clothing selection (those prices are VERY reasonable!) If youre into hookah, that’s here too.
Parking can be a drag, but usually I have luck on the side streets.
