Shouldn’t even give them that, fist off no greeting on the cell phone. Saw about 9 or 10 flavors only, two them work. It reeked of ammonia and bleach. The service super sucks, next time for sure I’m make will not waste my time. (YOGURT LAND) is a million time better other then they dont have Reese sause. But anyways wouldn’t take my money there

LOVE this place. We come as a family to this place couple times a month. Always clean and cashier is always greeting with a smile. Best place. Such a big variety of candy, fruits, nuts and other amazing toppings.

Worst service ever. A group of 6 adults walk in. The girl working doesn’t say Hi or go over the rules. She goes outside and in the back and still doesn’t acknowledge us. So we see sample cups so we help ourselves. She finally say’s something to us, that we aren’t supposed to get our own samples. Well how are we suppose to know we have never been there. Than one of us ask’s for a sample kindly for her mother and the girl working there has the nerve to say «didn’t you already have a sample». There is no time to be rude. Yes they seemed like they had a great section. But we don’t deal well
With bad service. Especially when we did nothing. So after that we left and went to PinkBerry down the road. We were not about to give them our business with rude service like that. They missed out on at least 40+ dollars. Mind you the store was empty no one was in there! At PinkBerry they were so helpful and yummy!

Tops Yogurt is by far the best Froyo place in the area! My family and I have frequently visited this location for years now since it first opened. It’s SUPER clean and yes you can smell cleaning products but it reminds me that this place is clean and cleaned often. They have an abundance of toppings to choose from, including a variety of fruit, candy, cereal, etc. They also have different flavored syrups. They don’t always have all the spots for flavors filled up, but they do have good flavors to chose from. The customer service we have encountered here has always been great. They have seating at tables, or a couch and they have board games to play with. I don’t know why there is so many bad reviews for this place.

This place is honestly good, if you can get beyond the fact that it ALWAYS smells like cleaning products!!! Why it smells like this, I do not know. But it has never smelled neutral, and always taints the taste of the yogurt. If you are going here, I suggest get it and go!!!

My son and I love Yogurtland but it’s a little pricey and since this place is closer to home we decided to try it. When we walked in there was a strong smell of cleaning products. Most of the yogurt dispensers were empty but they had a huge selection of toppings and sauces. I was just trying to chisel out some petrified butterfinger pieces when my son pointed out that there were bugs living in the chocolate covered sunflower seeds. While the clerk was begrudgingly taking the buggy bin into a back room, we got the hell out of there. Back to expensive, clean, bug free Yogurtland!

Like all the other reviews 20 flavors advertised but they only have maybe 6. I should of looked at the reviews before wasting my time coming here. It was dirty inside as well so we walked out.
Why false advertise when all you do is set up your customers for disappointment.
Obviously this business doesn’t care about customer service or its product.

The best froyo place in the Arden area! Well besides pinkberry. I personally love being able to put your own toppings on.
The best part about this tops is the location. It is right on Howe and it has a really nice parking lot. Also, every time I have been there, it was never busy or any line. It is also very clean. I have only seen the garbage can over flowed once and it was a weekend night. The lady who works there is really nice and always keeps alll the toppings full and never lets them go empty.
Best self serve froyo in Arden area for sure.

False advertising… only about 6 flavors, not 20 and not clean… will never go there again

The yogurt was pretty average. The sign outside says 20-​flavors. They have enough machines for 20 flavors, but only half of them were actually in use.
The reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because there was terr-​ible service! We weren’t acknowledged when we walked in and the only worker there was on her phone. Even as she filled our sample cups she was yapping away on her ear piece. It was just really rude and kind of awkward especially considering most yogurt places try to create a more fun and friendly environment.

Sign says 20 flavors. They have 10 machines, so that would equal 20 flavors. How many flavors do they actually have??? 10… And one of those ran out as I was dispensing… Enough said…

Went to this place tonight and I am not one to write bad reviews but I am so heated at the terrible service and product I need to make sure everyone knows.
Walked in and there is only one employee working. I was not greeted or offered any samples. I asked for one sample and she gave it to me then walked away and went behind the counter. Wanting to sample one other thing I had to walk over to the counter and get her attention so she could come back and give me the second sample. She had no gloves on and did not wash her hands between monetary transactions and providing samples. After I picked the yogurt I wanted, I walked over to the fruit and went for the raspberries because they are my favorite. I scooped three onto my froyo and two of them were moldy. I walked back over to the employee to bring this to her attention, she was on the phone talking in a different language and not at all concerned about customer service. When I handed her the moldy raspberry showing her that it was moldy, she looked at it and threw it away. I told her they were all moldy and she should replace them or throw them away, and she continued her conversation on the phone. I threw away the cup and started again. This time just sticking with sour candy which didnt have a chance at being moldy, and once I got to the register she was still involved in her personal call and checking out customers while talking on the phone in a different language to whoever it was, not even conversing with the customers she was handling.
BY THIS TIME the MOLDY raspberries were still available for sample and she was STILL on the phone talking to whomever while she checked us out. As we left I told her she needed to change the raspberries because it could get someone sick. And she nodded and continued her personal call not at all concerned with the clear and disgusting health violation in her midst.
I noticed the mold because I am pretty observant. If a small child, distracted mother or immunosuppressed individual had consumed those raspberries they could get extremely ill and have a sure hospital visit.
I am outraged and never going back here again.
If I could give zero stars I would.

This is a big yogurt place. Lots of yogurt machines, but not all of them were operating at the time that I visited. They only had two tart varieties, they were both good. They have tons of toppings, including fresh cut fruits. The place was clean, only one staff member present. honestly, I think the space is a bit too big for a yogurt place. Still I was happy with my cup of fro-​yo. Price is average for a yogurt place.

Never been here before or have heard of this place, so can’t say if it’s a chain or not, but our first impression was LOVE!!!
Ok, well that was our second impression.
My kids and I saw this place on our drive home and decided to take a chance. It was 10 PM, but the signs said OPEN and that they closed at 11 PM. We walked in and the place smelled like Mr. Clean (but that’s ok… I get that they want to clean up and go home… it was only one hour till quitting time), but what bothered us a but was that there was no one there working. I think we waited for about five minutes. We even hollered «HELLO?» but no one answered us. It wasn’t until another couple walked in and the door dinged again that someone came out from wherever it was they were.
We asked for a sample cup, but I guess at this place, they do it for you. She asked which one we wanted and she handed up the sample.
I tried the coconut and went with that because it was good.
Ok, so what we LOVE about this place. First, they had more than six yogurt flavors to choose from. I didn’t count, but I would guess that they had at least 10 different flavors… so it’s nice to just get something other than tart, vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry.
Then, they had an ungodly amount of refrigerated toppings. They had a lot of fruits, but what I particularly loved was they had boba up the wazoo! They had pomegranate boba, cherry boba, strawberry boba, orange boba, passion fruit boba, etc… and they don’t use the word boba… they call them «poppers» here, I believe… but whatever it’s called, it was sooo yummy… I especially loved the orange boba!
They also had plenty of different sauces and a lot of other toppings such as waffle pieces, vanilla wafers, cookie crumbs, etc… I think they carry it all here, quite honestly. I’ve never been to a froze yogurt place that had this much variety.
My older son loved that they had a different kind of cookie dough there… maybe white chocolate cookie dough and he loves white chocolate…
So if you like to have choices, definitely come to this place! I think this was the most I’ve ever paid for frozen yogurt but that’s only because we really overdid the toppings. My kids and I just loaded up and I didn’t care…

Perfect place for a late evening sweet tooth. The mere fact that it’s one of the few places around that’s open to 11pm probably deserves 4 stars all on its own. There is a huge variety of flavors, if you disregard that 2 to 4 flavors are out of service at any one time. (Such a tease!)
The place is always clean, plenty of seating and the music isn’t BLARING like Pinkberry with its obnoxious club music. I personally prefer the self-​service and huge selection of toppings. At $ 0.39 per oz it’s a great deal.
I’m not extremely picky with frozen yogurt, so I choose Tops over any other froyo because of the afore mentioned pros. I have definitely had better in terms of quality, so –1 star for that.

Food:
— Yogurt: There are 20 flavors to choose from. I did a mix of Nutella, Fancy French Vanilla, Plain, and Peach. 4 of the machines were down during my visit. The yogurt was good, not great. You can request samples. ³⁄₅
— Toppings: They have a variety of toppings ranging from fresh fruit, candy, to different syrups. I topped mines with mango, strawberry, kiwi, mochi, blueberries, white chocolate chips, granola, and marshmallow syrup. My only complaint was that the mango was super sour, I like my mango sweet. ³⁄₅
Service: self-​serve. 39 cents per oz.
Final thoughts: I like the variety of flavors and toppings available. Good, but not the best froyo I’ve had.

I really like this spot! The same choice of yogurt flavors as any help-​yourself spot, with more topping choices than normal (including fresh fruit that is slightly fresher than most).
The staff are always friendly and willing to help: be it yogurt samples or fresh toppings. Plus, they offer a rewards card, something we frequent fro-​yo types can benefit from. Well played.
