I hired Mr. Collom in June of 2014 to sell a house in East Sacramento. Mr. Collom advertises a lot in East Sacramento and I signed up with him for 90 days. During the day of signing the contract Mr. Collom forgot to give me a copy of the contract. During the next 5 weeks which included a trip to his Dunnigan office, he told me he would email it to me by his smart phone. During the 5 week period I never received a copy of the contract from him, and one of his assistants showed the house for about 1 hour during the 5 week period. I eventually had to go into his office to get a copy of the contract and obtain a contract cancellation at the same time from his broker. Hopefully he paints better then he sells real estate. Larry C.
