We used Tidee Didee for your first born and had nothing but positive experiences. Their customer service was friendly and helpful, the actual diapers were great and easy to use. In fact baby # 2 is due in January and we are already set up to use them again. Sorry to see such bad reviews. The company is solid and the you can’t beat not washing your own diapers! AND getting clean fresh ones so easily! I love it and could’t recommend more highly. Thanks Tidee Didee!

My parents used this service for my sisters because they had severe allergies to the chemicals used in regular diapers. The service was actually easy cheaper and the diapers were convenient for everything, not just babies’ bottoms.

Tidee-​Didee diaper Service has been awesome for us! Very convenient and earth friendly:) They’re always flexible with any changes we need to make. I highly recommend them & would use them again, if we have another baby.

I had nothing but excellent service when using tide-​didee! They were always helpful and friendly when I called, and the delivery driver was also friendly.
They had no problems or mess ups when asked to hold delivery for the times we were out of town. Not sure why the negative reviews about the math –didn’t find their delivery or charges complicated. I would have given 5 stars, but I didn’t like that I couldn’t use the diaper genie or other air tight containers –they required us to use their bags. If/​when number two comes along (no pun intended), we will use them again!

I’m so bummed to read all the negative comments about this company because we’ve had nothing but great service since day one. I did notice however that most of the feedback is based in Sac or the surrounding area and since we are in Benicia, I can only assume we have different administrators and drivers.
When I called to set up service in January of this year, Bernard spent about 20 minutes with me on the phone making sure I understood every aspect of the service and what to expect in the coming months; in a word he was AWESOME. And as for our delivery driver, he is RELENTLESS, which we love because if I’ve been up all night breastfeeding and haven’t set the diapers out, he won’t leave until I answer the phone and he’s got our soiled didees in hand! And if I have forgotten, when I open the door to hand them over, there’s no grumpy attitude or inconvenienced look, he’s there with a smile and fresh diapers.

I have never written a review before, but I really want to for my wonderful experience with Tidee Didee Diaper Service of Sacramento. I was very skeptical to use this diaper service because of the mixed reviews on the web. But usually when people have some problem, there is a misunderstanding or miscommunication that doesn’t get resolved.
This is the only diaper service in the area and my mom really wanted to gift me with cloth diapers. I am so glad she insisted that I give them a try. I had delivery service for my newborn ready before he arrived. My experience was perfect.
The company was always courteous, helpful, and professional. I appreciated the instructions they provided on cloth diapers and the suggestions for covers. I ordered covers, deodorizers, and the bin from them in a starter packages. This worked great for me (though you have options on the website). They provided instructions with different folding ideas. When I first started, I was even able to receive additional assistance regarding folding when I called them.
Diapers were always delivered on time, and I was able to hold delivery when we were on vacation. My diapers were always clean, neat, and in good condition. When I needed to try the next size, Tidee Didee was happy to accommodate by sending a couple for me to try before switching sizes. When I moved to a different area, delivery continued seamlessly.
I would be a pure cloth diaper Mom, but when we started daycare, the provider I selected did not permit us to use them. I was able to cancel my service and I had absolutely no problem whatsoever. (I did make sure to keep track of all the places I put diapers and get them from those places). Anyone considering diaper service should check them out for themselves and see if it works for them. The diapers were so handy as burp cloths, to wipe up spills, and as additional lining for under baby’s sheet and changing table. It really helped me not having to do the laundry for the countless diapers we used. Thank you Mom and Tidee Didee.

I’ve been using the service now for 10 weeks. I’m not unhappy with the product — I really like to products but the billing system is way too confusing. Now, I like math and I AM a numbers person — but I’ve scratched my head every time I get an invoice form these people. Come to find out, the wanted to charge me an entire week’s worth of service for my final pickup. Does that make sense to anyone else? So to avoid the $ 21.50 fee, we have to drop off our dirty diapers at their office.
My other complaint is that you only get what you use — so I pay for 60 clean diapers a week, yet I get less than 60. So last week I returned 43 diapers, and the following week I’ll get 43 clean ones even though I’m paying for 60. I don’t like this system at all. Maybe the pregnancy has permanently affected my brain, or maybe I’m just cheap but this system just doesn’t seem fair to me.
Also, their office hours are from 8:00 — 3:30 M-​F and I don’t always remember to call during these times. Maybe longer office hours would be nicer too.
Now, I’ve been diligent about making sure every diaper goes directly into the bin, so if I get a bill for even one lost diaper, this rating is going down to a 2 star!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Tidee Didee Diaper Service! I have infant twins, and the company has been really flexible with me. I had no problems when ordering diapers, the drop offs/​deliveries, or billing. I never had any issues when I change my diaper order amounts or diaper sizes either.
I haven’t finished out my service, so I haven’t had issues with «missing diapers» as of yet. It’s possible in the future, but as of right now, this company has been nothing but great for me!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! The employees are rude and the owner is even worse! They will do WHATEVER they can to get money out of you. They lie, and scheme and practice unethical and all around bad business tactics. Yes! they are THAT bad! I was called a liar and a scam artist, even by the owner himself! They mis-​manage their paperwork. You name it, if it’s unethical, they do it! Here’s my story if you care to read on.
My second child was born early June so as a gift, my MIL bought a couple months service! I already had diapers from my first child but admittedly would need to purchase more to accommodate two young children in diapers. My SIL was to gift me 2 or 3 months in addition. The initial setup was on-​line but when they never called me to start service. I called them, left a message, then a day later finally heard back from them! We got our first delivery and welcome packet. After that things were fine, we got our weekly deliveries and never heard from them which seeing as it was gifted to me did not seem abnormal. I didn’t know if my SIL had gifted 2 or 3 months but I assumed they would contact me or just stop service when the money ran out! Instead, right around the time my second child neared 5 months I got a bill $ 228! Flabbergasted I immediately got on the phone and called these people. The first woman I spoke to insisted I owed the money but passed me to her supervisor. The supervisor was even worse than the first woman! I tried to explain that I had not received any other bills before this one and needed an explanation as to why they were billing me for service that was already paid for by family members? What she told me was that without fail they ALWAYS send out bills and had been sending me bills. She told me that I knew about the bills as I had sent a check in previously. I don’t even use checks! When I asked her what name was on the check she said that they only keep record of check numbers, not names on the check. (Seems like bad business tactics to me!) She also said that my SIL had not bought the extra months like I thought. She said I should have known that because I never received a gift card from them. How I was supposed to know I was supposed to get a gift card is beyond me! THEN she said that customers who gift service can also choose not to leave a gift card! UGH! Well after that I spoke to the owner and he is the worst of the bunch. He even had the nerve to call me a scam artist. Long story short, after talking to everyone involved including my MIL, I figured this out! They had been sending bills to my MIL out in southern Cali (although they claimed not to even have the address) and after receiving the first bill, she called and canceled service and she also paid for the extra month. The woman she spoke to said she would take care of everything. Well the following month my MIL received another bill! Once again she called and tried to clear things up this time refusing to pay. well the following month was when we received the bill reflecting the two prior unpaid months and the future month. The owner tried everything to get money out of me. He repeatedly told me that since I used the service the bill was mine to pay, he told me that things were tough for him as a small business operator. He lowered the price stating that with the new price he was not making a profit. This was after I discovered an error in the billing statement! In the end I refused to pay for the bill as there was just too many issues on their end and he promised to see me in small claims court! Of course when I returned the last of the diapers they called back and claimed there were something like 76 diapers missing! Of course, at $ 2 a diaper they were aiming to get something out of me somehow! Unfortunately my MIL paid for the months in question and I never heard from them since. Too bad, I would have loved to see them in court!

I used to use these people when my daughter was 1 – 2 years old and they were great.
However with my son we used them for 7 months and it’s been challenging. They didn’t deliver my diapers one week and they told me they must have been stolen. (I live in a very safe neighborhood and have never had anything stolen from my porch. It was a 1 – 2 hour window of time in the morning on a weekday when we were home. Yet anything can happen so, who knows.) They insisted the driver had been there and they told me they could give me a credit or replace them with a police report. So I got it and they gave me a credit for that week. However it appears they continued to charge me for the diapers that were lost out of my rotation. When I called to find out where my missing diapers were they told me they must not have been replaced in my rotation. Then they called back and said oh actually they did replace them. While I was frustrated by the disorganization and back and forth, they ultimately gave me a credit for the reduced diaper count.
Then when I decided to cancel my service I had a major headache. They picked up the last remaining diapers and then called to tell me I had some missing. When I called them back they told me 56 diapers were missing from my account and they want to charge me $ 2/​diaper! I know this was a huge mistake so I told the girl on the phone. She told me they’d have to send my account to collections if I didn’t pay.
Well that’s when I became pretty upset with this company. A good paying customer of 3 years should not be treated that way.
My advice if doing business with this company is keep a good count of your diapers and call every week to make sure their count is the same. Otherwise or you could end up paying for diapers you don’t have.

Spoke with the owner today. He was friendly but basically did not believe me when I said I don’t have any diapers. I reluctantly agreed to pay for 20 missing diapers just to get this company out of my hair. He said he was doing me a huge favor because he could charge me for much more. I told him when you feel like you’re doing your customer a favor while the customer feels like you’re steeling $ 40 from them, there is something wrong with your business. We left it at that.
Update 10÷14÷10:
I’ve checked my credit card bill every month and it appears this company decided NOT to charge me the $ 40 for missing diapers. I have never gotten charged.

Booooo. Boo. I don’t like to write a bad review, as you may know– but Damn. I used this company for 3 years, and this last year… yikes. They must have changed ownership. I remember the receptionist being so sweet and polite– no longer. I wasn’t surprised to read the review about miscounting diapers… I was fortunate enough to have my mother in law pay as a baby gift, and they tried to charge the poor old woman for 301 missing diapers?! Yes, she lost sleep after the bill, yes, I was the one who got on the phone.
We’ll get back to you” A month later, billed again. Same story. I finally scolded the snooty new receptionist and told her there is absolutely NO WAY I have 301 cloth diapers in my town home apt. Absurd. They finally adjusted the bill– also trying to add on a few «pick ups» (the NEVER showed up one delivery day– durr I want my dirty cloth diapers outta here)
A disgrace. I use to love this company, and its customer service and reasonable rates– they have lost their way, and I certainly will not be using them with this next kid.

Superior customer service. Friendly on the phone and very helpful. Service is exceptional (clean, organized, on time, flexible, etc.) Very affordable cloth diaper service that I love using!
