These guys really helped me out a lot, especially Ray. He spent a long time with me, going over my best options for what I was looking for. I was able to nab two nice little water pipes for a good price. Great place, definitely my new go-​to smoke shop in Sac.

This Head shop is run by 2 absolutely adorable guys-​a brother and his brother-​in-​law. They are extremely customer friendly and will go out of their way to not only educate you, but make sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. I appreciate how they always take the time to spend with me whenever I go in and they never try and push a sale. It’s the perfect shopping atmosphere! If I don’t make a purchase, they never make me feel guilty, ever. In fact, they feel like family because they treat me like their own family! They are always happy to see me whenever I come in, always have a smile for me, always ask how I am doing… I love going in there because they always make me feel so special! Who does that anymore, right?! They are located on the inset corner of Fulton and Cottage, so if you are in the neighborhood, stop in and check them out-you’ll be glad you did!

The Outer Limits is by far the best head shop in Sacramento. The guys (by guys I really mean Ray) in there are knowledgeable and easy to understand. I’ve purchased plenty of timeless pieces in here for some really great values. I’ve never had an issue and the one time I did, they sure didn’t let it go unresolved. The fantastic staff really takes it to the limit.

Went in about a week ago with a Bong that was broken after coming home from the shop which I bought from them and asked what could be done to fix this. First I was ignored by the store attendant while he was taking care of «business» but no one else was in the store. They told me nothing and all I could do was buy another one for full price. No type of deal was given, the person that helped me didn’t help, and I left without buying anything else and will never return. I used to love you guys but you have gotten cheaper and cheaper since I first started going there. I felt disrespected and that I was not wanted.

Outer limits always gets what you need. They have an excellent selection of all the headshop items one would need to partake in California’s finest. They have quality glassware and many body cleansing options, very reasonably priced. They don’t just sell you a pipe, they can explain the benefits of one to the other. I went in the other day looking for a specific item that I didn’t know much about, I ran into Josh and he gave me the budget ballers set up and the dialed in players package explanations and educated me on both and let me decide which option I wanted. As a sales professional, I appreceate a good explanation of what I am buying and Josh did that peferfectly. There is no other place to go if you are looking for a headshop item. Check em out!

Jamal sold me my first vapor pen. Nearly one year ago… back when i knew nothing about vaping. Since then i’ve completely educated myself about vaping… Gotten a much better mod, only smoke high VG content juices vs. the nasty & highly toxic Propylene Glycol juices ect. But, I always still come to Jamal’s shop to get my coils, because he give’s me a great deal. I’ve realized lately, however, since he has hired a young (and very handsome) educated guy. They have totally updated their stock on juices, mods, and many other goodies. Today when I went in they had Unicorn Milk by Boss Reserve… one of my favorites! Also they are carrying some other local brand juices that are very tasty, low priced and 90% VG! Only $ 10 for a 20 ml bottle… AWSOME! This shop has really taken a huge leap for people that like to smoke quality vape! After all if you quit cigs, why keep filling your body with toxic junk! Way to go Outer Limits!

I have to tell you all about my latest experience here, and I have been a customer for at least 10 years. First off, I am very disabled and do not drive. Most times I can’t even leave the house. So, this was that day. I called and was told they had a replacement hose for my ancient vaporizer, so, a simple errand I asked my wife to please take care of it. She did! But the hose was about 2 feet too short. (She doesn’t know much about these things) She called and the guy said he’d replace it for the same cost. I thought it was pretty pricey but they have to make a living like every one else. So, my wife took it back. They didn’t have a longer one so the glued two pieces together, with the appropriate type of glue, of course. Now, I have a hose that will reach from my table to my bed. And I’m in heaven. Thank you Outer Limits. You always come through!

I’ve been a faithful customer to the outer limits for over 10 years. I’ve been followed to outer Iimits by Sacramento task force and almost got arrested. the owner was nice enough not to let the cop bring in the k9 to make sure I didn’t hide anything in the store. The owner even let me empty out my buddys car, due to him being takin to jail and the cops towing his car. Other than that they got everything you could ever need plus more. Tasers, bongs, pipe, bubble bags, quick fix for drug test, you name it they have it and if they don’t they can special order it if you really want it. I recommend them to all my friends and family

I wanted to get my fiancé some smoking accessories and really knew nothing about accessories, just the lighter he likes. I’m a makeup artist and came in after work glammed and dressed up (so out of place). As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Ray, I told him I new nothing about Smoke supply’s and he suggested items I think my fiancé would like. I have been a faithful customer of Outer Limits for 9 years (since I was 18)
Everytime I go no matter how long in between visits one or two of the men recognise me, I wish I remembered thier names but. . whateva.
They are so helpful and cheery! No overpriced items. They usually throw in a nice glass bowl if you are purchasing something that needs one.
They have affordable grinders, shirts, hats, and some Spencers gift type things, vape pens and accessories.
I really recommend coming here for you paraphernalia needs lol.
