Because of the great reviews, I called for a simple question/​advice — he was not very friendly and nice on the phone nor was very helpful. He could not answer any questions because it was not his expertise and told me to google the Internet. He didn’t even know any lawyers to refer. Other lawyers know of other lawyers like doctors who know other doctors in different fields.
It’s was his attitude on the phone I didn’t like — I felt like he was annoyed with me.
