The Dorrough Group was founded by Deonta Dorrough. Deonta Dorrough has been in the customer service industry for over an decade and is an expert at building and maintaining strong relationships. Deonta is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Sacramento Association of Realtors, and the Metro Listing Service. Deonta holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration, and offers valuable insight in education, training and leadership.

He is an accomplished and results-​driven management professional with 10+ years of progressive and meaningful experience, driving top-​performing teams to achieve profitability goals and ensure positive bottom line results. Leadership experience includes oversight for 150+ department employees across all levels of an organization, with an emphasis in employee recruitment and retention, new-​hire training and development, revenue/​sales and top customer service ratings. Proven track record of accomplishment includes reaching ambitious business and financial goals at several organizations across Midwest and West Coast markets. Strong business acumen and interpersonal communication skills with experience developing future leaders and creating a performance-​driven culture.
