5 times I’ve been through the drive thru here while working in Natomas the last two months. I ask for extra fire sauce and I get 4 to 5 packets total if I’m lucky. This is with an order of 5 to 6 items each time, it’s not like I’m ordering one little taco.

I ordered a mexican pizza meal with a bottled water and the dude says frozen or regular? I told him«I said bottled water I dont get what your saying.» And his stupid ass gives me attitude by saying«never mind its whatever» then I hear someone in the backround tell him«he said bottled water» then he says«ohhhhh I thought he said baja blast». First of all, bitch, dont give me attitude if u cant listen correctly. Your lucky I didnt cuss u out and I was so close to doing so.

GOANYWHEREELSE. Horrible mistake to eat here. We ordered a burrito supreme and a shredded chicken burrito. Even after taking back the first ones they gave us-which were so small they had maybe 1 – 2 ounces of ingredients, and not even the right ones, they replaced them with the exact same thing and gave us attitude about it. This one sucks unless of course you want 2 ounces of white rice wrapped in a flour tortilla.

I am rating this purely off of the staff friendliness and the attention to detail. Everyone knows the quality of food you are going to get at taco bell. I like their breakfast scrambler burritos with no sour cream and their coffee isnt to bad. I like that it is not to weak like other fast food places.

Extremely dissatisfied with this location. I purchased one of your big boxes in hopes of snagging one of those fancy gold ps4’s. After destroying my cheesy gordita crunch in about 3 seconds, I text my code and to my dismay, it had already been used. If the employees are going to rob paying customers of the 1 in 4 gazillion chances we actually have of winning by using all the codes for themselves, then whats the point of advertising the«chance to win»? I paid good money I earned hauling dead bodies around all day and still didnt even get my 1 in gazillion chance. Do you guys know how stressfull my job is?! Dead people are more of a problem then youd think and i just want to stuff my fat face with a cheesy gordita crunch at the end of my day and I find this extremely unacceptable and depressing and will be putting this all over social media to exploit your greedy employees. You should check your facebook page to see that I have already expressed my dismay there as well. I dont want no probs, Tbell. I just want it to be fair. Thanks for reading. If anyone ever does. –Erika«The-cheesy-gordita-crunch-monger» VanFleet

I took a little trek on my bike from the River District down Northgate(Street could use some business and love), with Fry’s Electronics as my goal. Biking was faster than Regional Transit, go figure. Probably friendlier too, lol. I was hungry for my bike ride and must say my first time to this Taco Bell, and they were a Solid Gold Team. Keep up the good work.

Very slow service. Expect over 10 minute wait times, every time. It took 20 minutes this time. So much for fast food. They also like to screw up orders. Everything I ordered was wrong and when they gave it back to me it was wrong again. I’m lucky I got anything at all since there were 4 other people at the counter wondering where their food was.

My local Taco Bell. Very clean place with some nice seating. Food is always served fresh and the service is great.

If you’re hungry get the big box of your choice, split the tacos and cut the burrito in half buy one extra drink(the box already comes with one) and you’ve got lunch for two for a little over six bucks, that’s a pretty good deal.

Chips are always stale and taste like cinnamon. Need to keep them away from the cinnamon twists. Crazy drive thru. You block people into the parking spaces and they can’t get out until the drive they line is empty. But Taco Bell is Taco Bell. No matter where you go. All the same stuff.

Burritos are a great snack if you are in a hurry. their fresco menu is my favorite. I use the drive thru when I visit any taco bell. Place gets too crowded for me.

Very clean, very quick, and it seems they are also very efficient. Sadly they aren’t open 24⁄7!

Right off the Northgate freeway exit. Pretty clean. Not too shabby. Went in for lunch. The people that eat inside– clean up after themselves! And then someone still comes around to check/clean the dine-in area. It was well stocked. They have water cups.(Although, water is shared with a nozzle that dispenses something red). And they have lids for the water cups– Awesome!

Much better staffing on their late night drive-thru. I’ll upgrade them to a 4 now.
