I selected this contractor after checking experience, quality on reviews and resources. I took three bids. He came in expensive but showed products I wanted.
Completely disappointed. Communication is poor (uses fax to secure contracts) and does not return calls.
I was ready to invest thousands and it was apparent not a priority. If I’m required to push the contractor to make money then something is upside down.
The dates shifted right more and more due to weather and work delays. No call back after I expressed my dissatisfaction. As I write this I cancelled the contract with no reply.
Going with a young upstart who cares about their end state.

Tom knows what he is doing. Very nice job on my gutters under difficult circumstances. He did a lot of extra work that he just rolled into the price. Cleanup was immaculate. Some folks have noticed that he has some difficulties with the phone and with scheduling. While somewhat true, it is a minor problem when you see the quality work he does. Sometimes people who are in their 20’s complain when a vendor is not immediately responsive to their every whim. If you feel that way, use someone else. If you want a great job, use TNT.

I work in the residential design industry and I had problems with this guy just making the appointment.
1. His cell phone must be messed up or something b/​c it was very difficult to hear him.
2. 1 hour late to our scheduled meeting today. He called over 30 minutes late, but I couldn’t hear the call. I ended the call and he did not call back. I tried to call him back 10 minutes later to confirm he was going to be finally getting here at my house.
3. I described and pointed the areas I need gutters, and he said my house was too tall. I feel like if he has some height issue with his ladders, he should probably ask how tall your house is. (Said his ladders were 28′ tall, my gutter height is about 32′)

We met with Tom on a Thursday evening and got a great estimate for new gutters/​guards around the whole house. Because he is listed on Angie’s List, we didn’t even bother with other estimates. He and his crew showed up the following Sunday morning and completed 90% of the job, with the balance being done the next day. They did a great job, did complete cleanup afterwards including putting all of our potted plants, deck furniture, umbrellas, etc back where they belonged. Nice guy, pretty easy to work with, great price, fantastic crew! Highly recommend this company.

The work was only satisfactory. The bad rating is because the worker, who is the owner of the company, spent at least half the day on his cell phone, didn’t come prepared with supplies, left the property to buy supplies and was gone for about 3 hours, then presented me with a bill $ 55 higher than his estimate. And he was angry when I challenged him! Additionally, he broke an inlaid brick in my driveway and damaged my retaining wall. Not professional at all!

TNT Rain Gutters did a great job on my house! They were quick, courteous and really cared about doing the job right! Not only does my house look great, but the price was amazing. I got 4 bids and they were the lowest! They are also on Angies List, which says a lot about their level of service. I highly recommend these guys and would use them again. Oh and they also install gutterglove gutter covers which are rated very high on consumer reports!

It was clear judging by the 16 inches of leaves on the roof that we were in need of some professional help. Tom Tufts, owner of T.N.T. Rain Gutters, arrived at our house on time and spent five hours clearing carefully clearing the tile roof and gutters. He was thorough, well-​priced and respectful of us and our home. If you are in need of this service prior to the winter rain, I strongly recommend him!
