My husband had spine surgery recently and found Every aspect of his hospital stay was outstanding. The nurses were amazing, attentive and caring. The aides took care of any needs he had. The food for«hospital food» in my opinion was good! We would recommend this hospital hands down.

Had to go to the emergency room for my daughter. Needed a nebulizer to help her with her breathing. It’s already been an hour and a half and during this time we’re listening to nurse talk about how he looks like Dennis the Menaces dad, Apple Watch and just chatting away. No one hasn’t come by or at least let us know when he’s coming. Supposedly he was helping one patient and coming to our room next. Conversation about food and 5 minute rules is something to talk abut in a break room not chatting away in front of a patient’s room especially when you have a 9 month baby trying to breath whIle she’s trying to sleep.

Never go there. It will take your whole day and take several samples of blood with no significant result and no medication. The RNs are not able to put a canola in one prick, you have to expect two prick for each IV therapy. My husband was near to escape from the hospital when saw all that low experienced staff.

Sometime mid-August 2015. February 13/14, 2016. March 19⁄202016. My dog. A car accident. Excruciating pain on my right side abdomen. The three reasons which brought me to Sutter’s Emergency Department. I can’t remember who, primarily, saw me the first time but I did receive good care. The subsequent two visits were stellar. Kate Berman, the PA on the floor, in Feb and March is outstanding. She was proactive, communicative, empathetic, tenacious, and meticulous. And suuuuper nice. :) Actually, I have yet to have a complaint about anyone in the Sutter ED/network. From registration to triage to ultrasound/radiology/MRI/lab techs to flup to the specialists… I’ve said this before. Healthcare is a service industry. These people give a hoot.

I was hospitalized in January for complete spinal reconstruction with steel rods, etc. Everyone I encountered, without fail, was kind and professional. My surgeon, Dr. George Picetti, is awesome… a real magician. I’ve been in severe pain for 2 years, and within 2 weeks after my surgery, the pain has become less and less and less. So many(lay)people advised against this surgery, but it has given me my life back, so please look into it if you’ve been told you need this(or any spinal deformity surgery that he does.) Pharmacists came to my bedside every day to ask if my pain was under control, and worked with my MD& me to get me consistent relief. Nurses in ICU and neuro floor were great, therapists knowledgable and helpful. It was a very positive experience, overall.

They took great care of me. I like the way the ER is split into sections. Everyone was over the top nice. Super clean. A member of the janitorial staff even offered to get the wife water or coffee on her third round of «housekeeping» in 8 hours. So sweet. I hope I never have to go back …

This is by far the best hospital I have been to. I came in to the ER, my first time coming here, and they could see how bad I was so they immediately took me back and started me on an IV of fluids and got me meds. I constantly had nurses checking in on me to check my temperature and see if I was feeling any better. I never had to wait on anyone, and they gave me everything I needed and more. They told me I could stay as long as I wanted until I was feeling better, unless I wanted to go home. They made sure I was very comfortable and brought me ice water and snacks. The entire staff is so friendly. I absolutely recommend this place a thousand times over.
