Never again. The shuttle ride that cost 26 $ one way from Ontario airport to Cal Poly Pomona went up to 52 in November and to my shock I was quoted 77 $ yesterday. A ride of 16 miles. My daughter took a cab that cost $ 50 including tip. BS. Gouging it’s customers and no explanation on the increase

Good for ride to airport if you get a maintained vehicle. Sucks for ride home. Last two times I have used them, I checked in after exiting the plane. No checked luggage. First time waited for over an hour while the driver was sitting at other terminal trying to score more fares. Last time waited about 45 minutes with driver at other terminal. I was supposed to be only one in van and ended up with 2 other passengers at different stops before mine. Tried calling their 1 – 800 number and waited for over 15 minutes. Man said normal wait is under 30 minutes and they do zero for you if it isn’t. Bad customer service.

I booked my shuttle ride online (using my phone) a few hours before I arrived at the airport. The whole experience went really smoothly. It was easy to book and pay online (including tip), the shuttle was easy to find at the airport, and I only had to wait about 10 minutes for it to pick me up. The driver and his trainee were both very courteous and professional. I will definitely be using this service again.

Well, I had hoped since the last time I took Super Shuttle (a couple of years now) their service would have improved. Not so. They send you text messages now with van numbers and customer numbers when you’ve prepaid, but I sat for 35 minutes waiting for my van (watching about 5 other ones load people) and maddeningly watched it slowly nudge its way towards me around the airport on their app. They packed in seven of us and I am just getting home exactly two hours after I arrived at the Super Shuttle desk. That is over 4x as long as the actual drive time (a 25-​minute drive). This is a joke! You just can’t pack people in so that their transit time is so long. If people are that spread out, then take fewer of them.
Obviously, I’ll wait another couple of years and spend the extra $$$ on Lyft or Über or a taxi next time when I can’t get a ride or parking is too much on long trips. The price for Super Shuttle is obviously cheaper, but the excessive wait and drive time on top of it just isn’t worth it to me at this time.

I’m very disappointed with the service and I hope this feedback works as a wake up call for you guys. My pick up time was set to 3:50 to 4:00 am. The driver decides to show up in front of my apartment at 3:30 and proceed to call my phone repeatedly to hurry me up. I answer the phone and explain I’ll be out in 5 min, to which I get a cranky response. I run out of the door, put my carry on in the trunk myself, and we’re on our way to the airport. It was 3:45 when we’re on our way to the airport (with the radio blasting music this early in the morning), thus before the agreed time and adding an incredible amount of unnecessary stress. Please reconsider the pick up times offered to customers or have a much needed talk to your drivers. This experience was appalling.
Update: SuperShuttle has issued a refund for this trip. That was nice, but I ended up taking a cab on my way back.

Terrible experience. I made my reservation online for Airport pickup at SFO. I received email confirmation and text message confirmation of my reservation with confirmation number. After arriving in SFO, I followed the instruction to their pickup location. The staff member in the pickup location told me that my name is not in his list. I am trying to show him my reservice email from my iPhone and he said he won’t read it and will call police if I keep talking with him. I told him his behavior is not acceptable and I need to know his name and file a complain, he refused to gave me his name and said «do whatever yo want’. I called the supershuttle customer service and comlain about what happened to me, I was told I should hear an explanation and an apology in next 2 days but never heard anything.
Now I am working with my lawyer to sue supershuttle for threatening and humilating at the moment. It is real story, please never use their service, they will call police and you could be end up being in jail. I actually want to give them negative star but it appears I have to give them at least one star in Unilocal in order to post my review.

I was pleasantly surprised on my experience. The driver, clean van, easy to book website, and on time.

My flight landed and I got to the Super Shuttle. I did the online check in to make sure that my van was waiting. Got to the van no one knew of my reservation even though they look tablet. Then I told I have to wait another 20 minutes. Waited and no one else joined me. So I just waited for no reason. Customer service could figure it out.
Because of this I am probably just going to Über my rides to the airport.

Not overly impressed. I booked an exeucar through Supper Shuttle for a 7:35am pick up. I will say they text that the driver had a 7:44am ETA, i appreciated the update. Then i get a call and think — this can’t be good. The driver is 2.5 miles away I’m told, so i decide to wait outside and be ready to go. I was officially picked up at 7:55am and as I’m waiting outside with my luggage I see my car down the street looking for the address. However, the driver stopped about 5 houses down and parked. I’m guessing well that isn’t my car as I’m already late why would they be wasting time — addresses are in numerical order. Low and behold after a few minutes the car rolls up and it is my ride. I’m still in my ride now hoping that I make it to the airport in time. I booked at 7:35 for a reason because after 8am traffic from our Elk Grove area becomes worse due to all the schools starting. Overall not impressed, as I’ve booked many car services and usually they arrive 5 to 10 minutes Early and I’m scrambling to get out the door and not leave them waiting. Wish me luck that my day gets better!

Go with another shuttle company. They were supposed to pick me up at 410 am for my 710 am flight. The airport is a hour away from my home. The driver called me at 410 am and said he wouldn’t be there till 440 am, then at 440 am he would be there in 10 minutes. At 5 am I called back he said he was 8 minutes away. Finally at 525 I had to drive to the airport my self.

I will use this shuttle everytime I travel. Which is quite frequently. Patrick thank you for getting me to my destination. It was a pleasure. See you again!

My Super Shuttle ride was excellent. He was 15 minutes late but the dispatch office called me & then the driver called me in advance to let me know he was running a little late. I will definately use them again & recommend them to everyone.

I absolutely give this service 5 stars! Especially after reading some of the reviews and comparing them to my experience I have to change those stars and boost them up! The driver was very prompt and extremely courteous. I was called by the company before the arrival and texted with the exact location of my vehicle which was really helpful in a chaotic travel day. On the ride to the airport the driver chatted with me and made me feel very comfortable (I’m not a good flyer so I was a little nervous). We arrived with plenty of time to spare and the driver even helped direct me to the ticket office since the airport has recently been remodeled. Overall, AMAZING and I definitely recommend this service to anyone needing a very reasonably priced ride to or from the airport. Thanks again!

We used SupperShuttle recently to get to and from Sac International airport. We thought they did a great job for a good price. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a lift and wants to know what the charge is both ways.

SuperShuttle did a great job. Drivers were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed not having to worry about a ride or leaving a car. Their staff at the airport was helpful and informative. All-​in-​all a great experience with this company and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Highly unprofessional service that I will not recommend to anyone I know.
The company picked me and my wife up in a van that not only had a check engine light on, but a low tire pressure light. The driver was late because he was smoking as the van was full of cigarette smell when he arrived (their app showed me where he was sitting for 15mins). The company jeopardized our safety and that’s unforgivable.

I can reserve and pay online. It’s a great service. Period. I don’t have a ride to and from the airport and the price isn’t too bad so I like it.
Communication of when the driver arrives is great and when I land back home. I’ve been on a full van and with not so many people and it’s nothing crazy. They pick you up and whoever else and drop you off at your terminal. When you come back, you check-​in at the Super Shuttle desk and they walk you to the van with whoever else and get dropped off.
If you go on a long flight, I could see this not being ideal. Maybe a direct cab ride would be better suited but you pay that price. I don’t know if Über or Lyft is allowed at the airport. I’m cool with just the van share with Super Shuttle.
Don’t forget to tip your driver. Mentally, I’m like okay– if this guy is professional and takes my bags, etc. Full on tip. If he’s just whatever – minimal. I’ve yet to get the whatever guy but you never know.

I have been a long time Super Shuttle customer at numerous locations. The last 7 years I have used the service most often to and from SMF (Sacramento airport). After my last 2 experiences, I will no longer use Super Shuttle. The last 2 times I have used Super Shuttle it took 35 – 45 minutes for a shuttle to arrive. Given that they have my flight information, arrival time and simply the fact that I checked in at the counter, it should not take that long for a shuttle.
The vehicle was not in very good repair. It was «creaky» and «squeaky.» I noticed that the driver was driving with the check engine light on. I was grateful that I lived close to the airport and hoped that I would get home safely.
On top of all this, the last time I used the service, I encountered one of the most rude, uncaring, downright belligerent people I’ve ever met in a «service» capacity. This old woman is obviously does not care and is spoiling for a fight. She constantly wears a frown and her bad attitude matches her face. Take a look at the reviews and you will notice that the most recent ones are pretty horrible. I used to be a fan, but no more. Such a shame because the other young lady at the counter was very nice and apologetic for the long wait. Unfortunately, the other woman made the experience unbearable.

Thank you very much, always had good experiences to and from airport destinations as needed. The prices are great and very convenient for me when traveling. I definitely recommend using this if you can’t find a ride or your other option would be taking a taxi which can be pricey.

Not gonna lie, was pretty nervous about my SuperShuttle ride from the Sac airport to my hotel because of some of the reviews. My plane was arriving pretty late into town (around 9:30−10pm) and since I was traveling by myself with no rental car, being stuck at an airport sounded like a pretty miserable experience to me.
Luckily, the Sac airport’s supershuttle seem to have it together. The counter was super easy to find and I was on a shuttle 15 minutes later after checking in. We hit up the other terminal to pick up another passenger but overall, my ride was pretty smooth and I got to my hotel in downtown Sac within an hour after I landed.
Super Shuttle is great if you are not in a rush. I think there are too many variables to consider if you are on a time crunch (traffic, other passengers, how your driver drives, etc.). I would definitely consider taking the Super Shuttle from the airport again, but when catching a flight, I would choose a more time sensitive transportation option.
