This is the superior SkyLighting company. It’s a commercial business that really understands how to incorporate daylighting into commercial office and warehouse space to virtually eliminate the need for artificial lighting during daytime hours. Their diffusion technology is superior to others in the field. No blinding glare or shadow areas. Full disbursement of sun light. They even can incorporate automatic shading equipment to tie directly into your building automation systems.

This rating is for their customer service not the quality of the products.
Acuity Brands which owns Sunoptics set these customer friendly steps in place. Certainly they could do better.
Steps needed to purchase and receive a Sunoptics skylight.
1.Call or fax the local sales rep. for a quote on the size skylight you want. They have no published price list, even for common sizes. Every purchase must be quoted first.
2.Wait for response. Usually one day.
3.Place the order with the sales rep. by phone or e-​mail.
4.Wait for order instructions. Each order has a unique order number and account number to track the order and pay the sales rep.
5.Send payment in advance for the order to head quarters credit manager for release to production. Payment must clear before release of order. Not available on any Friday. This process could take a week or more.
6.Wait for notification from sales department that the order is ready for pickup. This can take from two to four weeks. No deliveries available.
7.Go to the sales department and ask for your order. The sales person will send a request to the shipping department to pull the order. You will wait 15 to 30 minutes for the order to show in the parking lot. No waiting area for customers inside the building.
8.Sign off the order as received and you are done.
They claim that nothing is in stock at their warehouse thus all orders are custom. I know for a fact that many skylights sit in the warehouse ready for pickup but they still make you go through all these steps.
