We have over 1800 frames in stock many of them exclusive from European manufacturers including; Grotesque, Traction, Italee, Eye DC, HarryLary, Cazal, Skaga, and Karavan. We also carry Pro Design, Prada, Miu Miu, Gucci, Bellagio, Takumi, Giorgio Armani and Humphrey.

We have an on site lab which means better quality control and quicker turn around for you. All of our lenses include scratch resistance, UV protection and anti reflective coating.

History

Established in 2001.

After being in the optical business for over 30 years including both lab and retail experience, I felt that customers weren’t being treated as they should, or as I would want to be. I also felt that Sacramento was sophisticated enough for hip eyewear styles that just weren’t available locally until STYLEYES. Now Sacramento no longer has to go to the bay area for hip and sophisticated eyewear.

My lab experience enables me to do manufacturing here on site. We can do custom shapes and features like coloring the edge of your lenses to match with or contrast the frame colors. All of our employees are American Board of Optometry certified and expert at adjusting your eyewear for a comfortable, precise fit. We are happy to schedule appointments around your schedule even if it falls outside of store hours.

At STYLEYES we don’t want to sell you just one pair of eyewear, we want your business for life and that means that we’re inclined to go above and beyond traditional customer service.

Business Owner

Being both the owner and the one who makes the eyewear, I end up spending a lot of hours at STYLEYES but I love what I do. It’s part medical, part fashion and part psychology. I truly get a «high» when we deliver new eyewear that the customer loves. that look absolutely «killer» on them, and that they can see great out of. Thank goodness that I have a partner (18 years) who is understanding about 60 hour weeks and keeps our home running smoothly.

I don’t believe in high pressure sales tactics so your encouraged to browse and try on frames, we’ll note the ones that you like if you’re not ready to decide yet and we are there to help if you want assistance.

None of the employees (myself, Kate and Gloria) are on commission because I don’t want to be focused on the total. You receive full customer service whether you spend $ 200 or $ 1200.
