Heartbroken! We had no choice but to use them for the yearbook senior picture because the school required it. I called to follow up on when I would be getting the proofs I was told they had already selected and submitted the picture without our knowledge. They claimed the proofs had been mailed but I don’t believe that to be the case. They were very rude and seemed put out by my phone call. This is a milestone in my son’s life and they robbed us of it! I suggested they send the proofs electronic as well as usps or at least send an email notification that the proofs are ready but I felt my suggestion fell on deaf ears. I will be letting the school know about our experience in hopes they consider another vendor.

Horrible! I left messages with never a phone call back and when I finally got a hold of a young lady the Customer Service and the receptionist was rude! We did not ever receive my daughters proofs after her senior session (which we did pay for). They chose the yearbook photo without our consultation and will not provide us a copy of what was submitted. They have a monopoly on the school senior photos. WE WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY with this agency again. Ask your high school for a new vendor. They have ruined what was suppose to be a special memory.

Not a fan of Studio Monet at all. The photo-​session was fine. The photographer was pleasant and the pictures are pretty good but the prices are ridiculous! I just paid $ 400 for 1 8×10; 4 5x7s; and 96 wallet size photos. From Lifetouch, this same exact purchase would have been less than $ 100 (And I know this because I called them)!
Why the extra $ 300? I have no idea, but spending that kind of money on school pictures is absolutely ridiculous. Talk about exploitation — they have us (parents) right where they want us because they’re the company with which our school district has contracted. The ordering process was cumbersome and the staff not very well trained. I gave them our new address twice and they still ended up mailing the proofs to the old address. If you have a choice, pick somewhere else to spend your money.

Too bad it isn’t clear that you have to choose a background or it defaults to gray. I would have gladly paid the $ 3 extra for the blue. Why it costs more for a different background, I have no idea. It’s just a digital image so it’s not as if the photographer has to physically switch a background screen. After nine years of Lifetouch, I have no idea why the school switched. It’s more expensive for the same service.

Went to this photography studio for number of years. Not because we wanted to, only because that’s who our school selects to do business with, and thus we have no choice. Never a good experience.
Can’t say the pictures are bad, just the level of service is far, far, far below what one would expect and deserve. Just examples off the top of my head. Their hours are pretty much the same as a normal workweek, so if you work regular 8 to 5 hours M-​F, almost impossible to get to their shop when you need to. One time I took time off and went there got there about 1:30 in the afternoon and found a sign on the door which said Gone To Lunch-​Back at 2:00. Just amazing. My kid’s portrait in the yearbook was not the one chosen by our family, but a lessor one submitted by the studio. Obviously very disappointing. And there were a number of kids in the same situation and unhappy. Sports pictures are ridiculous in the amount of time they take and all the stuff you need to go through. Heck they even took pictures one time out in the rain, and this wasn’t for the swimming team. Another nice move.

I have been attempting to pull up my son’s senior portraits to see them so I could order them. I followed directions in email as to how to pull them up. I worked on attempting to open file 30 minutes and sent numerous emails. No response, when I did get a person, no one was available to help and a supervisor would call me back. The supervisor did not call me back. I called my 17 old son and he attempted opening in on 5 occasions to no avail. My options were to drive over and look at prints. Pay $ 100.00 to have a proof of his head shot sent to me. I asked them to send it again in Adobe or PDF so I could open and I was told by the receptionist the options I was given in email and by her were the only ones I had. So, does any one know how to retrieve my son’s proofs from Studio Monet? I would gladly accept outside help as they are unwilling to help per the receptionist. Or does anyone have a number outside of what’s on Google? She also told me I was the only one who has EVER not been able to open the file. Obviously by the 5’s, she’s correct. What am I to do?

I have to say this is THE best studio I’ve ever been to.
Their setup is so awesome and creative.
You have so many choices to select from.
I love the dress/​makeup area too… feel like a movie star.
The pictures they take come out amazing.
Pricing is not cheap, but all the other places expensive and they don’t even compare to this one.
The staff is also very friendly.
Too bad I don’t need another photoshoot.

After a recent visit to this Studio and after reading the other review from a disgruntled customer (which I never really understood his complaint) I thought I would let the rest of the Unilocalers know the truth. This Studio is Amazing! The girl at reception was very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone who is tired of the same old Graduation photos. They had a lot of people there when I went but I did not have to wait to long, and I never felt rushed. This place feels more like a Hollywood Movie Set then a Photo Studio. My shots came out amazing and there website makes it so easy to re-​order! We also ordered some of there Metal Photos… AMAZING!. If you are looking for a quality studio this is one.
