Worked freelance for Midway dating back to 2004. Justin Rubsam of Stellar has repaired or restored most of the working Hi-​Fis, record players, stereos and TV sets on display at Midway Antique Mall.

Restoring vintage TV and audio equipment for over 15 years. Previously ran a TV repair shop in Northern Nevada and moved to the Sacramento area in 2011 to focus on vintage restorations. Working with Midway Antique Mall doing their in-​store vintage electronics since 2006.

I had Justin replace some capacitors on an old TV I had. He was very knowledgeable and I feel like I learned a lot from the experience. If you have old tech you want to fix, you should definitely give him a call, or better yet, go visit this amazing little shop.

I had Justin solder a new clock battery in for my old Macintosh, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. His work was impeccable, and I was even lucky enough that he had the time to do it while I waited. I collect vintage computers, and I know exactly where to take them for soldering work now.
