I became late on my loan through no fault of my own. I mentioned what happened. They said they will work with you, their favorite saying, by everyone who works there. They are all LIARS.

I’m not giving a review for this actual location I’m giving a review for spring leaf itself. I wanted to reconsolidate my bills and credit karma gave me info to spring leaf. I did the online application which said I was approved and to take my proof of income and I.D. To this location. I called them to make an appointment and the woman Heidi called me back to tell me to bring my title to my vehicle. Had I known it was for title loan I wouldn’t have waisted my time filling out the application. I even have the print out saying I was approved not once does it mention a title loan. There is one thing I can’t stand for and its misrepresentation of a business.

I had such a great experience with Springleaf on Calvin the young man Gavin was great he called me and told me what I needed to bring in and even emailed the information. I had to medically retire some years ago so my credit was hit hard. But Gavin made my experience good. If more companies had people like him people wouldn’t feel so bad when they fall into hard times. But I know being a Kingdom Citizen belonging to Jesus grants u favor. I recommend an everyone that’s in need to give him a call interest is a little high but not like those crazy payday loans. Gavin train all the workers to treat people like u have treated me like a person. God bless u all
