Sierra Express Delivery Service

This is the second time I’ve used their service to pickup and drop off equipment. They were on time each time and did a great job overall. I will use them again!

I’m a Los Angeles business attorney. My client needed expedited LLC formation through the Secretary of State’s office. Sierra Express did an excellent job at a very reasonable rate for two in-​person visits.
I’m completely satisfied and I’d use them again.

Just used this service prior to a deposition in order to get Secretary of State documents for some corporations. When we didn’t receive the documents from the Secretary of State after several weeks we contacted them to get a status. Well just days before the deposition we found out that they actually never even dropped off our request with the Secretary of State. This place is not reliable and has prevented us from using a key piece of evidence at out deposition.
Afterward we called their office and talked to a person named Steve. He sounded like the owner or the manager. We thought maybe he’d be able to somehow remedy some of the damage that we had incurred because of his company. Instead of addressing our issue, he became very aggressive toward us and completely lied to us. He said that we never called to give them our credit card information despite the fact that the person he was talking to did exactly that over 3 weeks prior. Not only are they incompetent but they lied to us and basically called us liars and verbally attacked us. Then he hung up on us.
I don’t know if this is the way to run a business. We try to pay you money to do a service… You completely fail in performing that service… then you blame your customer and insult them and hang up without trying to figure out a way to address the problem. I understand that most of their customers are not in Sacramento and are far away but you have to at least try to serve your customers… no matter how far away they are. Nice way to treat your customers… no wonder they are horrible.
Stay away at all costs unless you like to deal with incompetent people who do not even know to fulfill an order and then blame and attack you for their own incompetence.

Wow! I had an emergency situation today, googled couriers in the Sacramento area, and called Deanna at Sierra Express. I needed them to bring paperwork from Folsom to Truckee (2 hour drive), with just 15 minutes notice, and I needed it guaranteed! Deanna gave me a fast answer (yes), took all my info, followed through as promised on both the pickup, keeping me informed, and the delivery, and helped me solve my problem.
