The Northeastern California SBDC — Greater Sacramento office provides one-on-one consulting (by appointment only, we are unable to accommodate walk-in’s), training and technical assistance in all aspects of small business management.
SBDC services include, but are not limited to, assisting small businesses with cash flow, break-even, cost control, tax planning, loan packaging, public relations, business plans, bookkeeping procedures, accounting, marketing, feasibilities studies, Internet marketing, website development, e-commerce, international trade and procurement.
Assistance is provided at no cost to anyone interested in expanding or improving an existing business or starting a business for the first time. All counseling is strictly confidential.

Meet the Manager
Panda M.
Manager
Panda is the Director for both the SBDC Greater Sacramento and the SBDC Greater Sierra. Panda Morgan served as a business consultant for the Greater Sacramento and Yuba Community College SBDC’s for thirteen years, specializing in writing business plans, personnel handbooks and marketing strategies. She worked with clients to assist them in structuring their business plan and pro forma projections toward the goal of securing financing. .
Sacramento native, Panda Morgan has owned three businesses; a business planning and development consulting firm, a van and storage company, and a website marketing business. Prior to owning her own companies, Panda worked in the financial industry for over 25 years, with experience in both operations and lending. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from St. Mary’s College in Moraga.
