As the previous reviewers mentioned, the rental car employee, Eli is really good at lying or camouflaging his lies. Details as follows:
1. Senselessness: When reserving an RV over the phone, Eli said the 2015 RV is brand new and has a touch-​screen navigation and backup camera. We found that there was no navigation and backup camera, he said, «oh I got confused.» Also, the RV had already 34,000 miles that was getting out of factory warranty! No apologies offered.
2. RV Unreadiness and Unavailability of Safety and Tools: He does not keep his time. We were supposed to rent at 11 am, but he called and let us know that it will be ready by 1 pm. When we arrived there, we had to wait another 30 minutes in the sun with my old parents. The RV was not ready. The gas & water tanks were totally empty with a yellow indicator lit, the profane tank was ¾ full, nand the RV was not clean at all — even my mom found a gum on the light. Definitely, Eli and his company FAILED to clean and check the vehicle in terms of safety. There was no sewer hose or water hose. Eli said all the tools and a spare tire are located in the back of the RV but when we had a flat tire for the second time, no tools! (see the post below). Apparently, nothing was ready to go! We left their facility at 4 pm.
3. Tires: Eli very quickly skimmed the information of extended warranty by showing one piece of brochure and finished checking out. While driving on the interstate, we had a flat tire that was rear inner on the driver’s side. We called Eli, 10 minutes later he replied and told us to drive to the nearest Truck shop for repair. After the technician talked over the phone with Eli, Eli said he will reimburse the cost of the tire. The technician said he never saw the brand of the tire, «Hi Fly». Until we had the flat tire, I had driven no faster than 65 mph. After this, I did not exceed 60 mph at all. A week later, when we were driving towards Zion National Park, we had another flat tire that was rear inner on the passenger side. This time, we found it on the RV park. The extended warranty he explained on the first day had NO information about policy numbers. I had to risk all my family including my old parents who were very worried and scared for the RV due to the second flat tire by driving 20 miles to find a shop; there were no tools to use to replace the flat tire; Eli’s company did not have such insurance except the paper brochure. How stressful and worrisome it was! The technician of 2^nd flat tire said the quality of the rear inner tires was bad (Hi Fly tires priced at $ 60 – 70) and possibly the previous seller put all bad tired to the positions (rear inside). When we returned the RV, Eli changed his word and said, «I said I would work with you but I did not say I will reimburse you.» Note that I know how to distinguish «I would work with you» from «I will reimburse you». I said it is ok and Eli said he would talk to the previous owner (RV dealer) about the warranty of tires and get back to me by the following day (Monday) and still (Friday) he has not returned a call to me at all.
4. Negligence of Safety: When I returned the RV, another renter for the RV was waiting for us. Remember that I had two flat tires with no spare tire at all. Eli took out all the flat tires and apparently the RV had no spare tire nor did it have any tools for emergency. Once we returned the vehicle, Eli immediately rented out the RV with no tools or spare tire.
5. Selling Owner’s Personal Insurance to Renters (ILLEGAL!!): After undergoing all the incidents and suffering from the consequences of Eli’s untruthful statements, I felt suspicious about insurance. Eli sold $ 25 X 23 days ($ 575) and gave me a copy of a personal insurance under Roman Solovyev, the owner of two RVs of 2000 and 2015. I called the insurance companies (I called the insurance vendor named American Adventure Insurance Group and the carrier, Progressive) and asked if the insurance I purchased from Eli would cover accidents and other damages. Both parties mentioned that the insurance Eli sold was a personal insurance and it would NOT cover renters because the insurance is not commercial. I wanted to double– and triple-​check the coverage and I called two local Progressive agents and All their answers were NO because since the owner, Roman Solovyev, is using his two RVs to rent out under his business, he should get a commercial insurance to ensure coverage of liability, etc. I called CA Dept. of Insurance and the agent said such activity was ILLEGAL. Upon return from the trip I asked Eli about the possibility of the coverage and he said it would cover. I told Eli about what I found out and Eli mentioned, «Even if the insurance does not cover, we have other insurance to cover.» From that time, I became totally perplexed of what he said. Two flats tires are ok to pass but what if I had an accident due to the flat tires or something else while traveling with my family? They are violating the laws!

We just had a similar experience as the last reviewer only different problems.
Our biggest problem with Eli is that he perpetually lied to us.
(Lie #1) He told us it would be ready by 4:00 (on the contract). We were not able to get it until after 6:00.
(Lie #2) Even though we reserved with a contract and put down a $ 500 down payment for the 24′ he gave us the 22′ and would not tell us why we could have the one we rented.
(Lie #3) He said he washed it. There is no way anyone washed it. it totally was filthy.
(Lie #4) He said the gas tank was full. The gas gauge didn’t work and it was almost empty. Luckily we checked it right away or we probably would have run out out of gas in the middle of nowhere.
(Lie #5) He said the propane was full. It was half empty.
(Lie #6) He said the sewage tank was empty. Yes. We had to empty someone else’s poop.
Everything he told us we now doubt.
He told us the generator was brand new yet it stalled most of the time after a few minutes of use.
The generator had to be jumped in order to start it.
There were too many issues to spend any more time naming them all.
Because of Safari RV USA, we were forced to delay our already limited vacation until the next day.
Overall I would recommend avoiding this scam like the plague.

My family rented an RV for 11 nights from Eli at Safari RV USA (also doing business under the name RVS Line LLC)
PROS:
–The price of this rental was lower than any others we found, probably because there were so many cons.
–The motor home made it from Sacramento to Montana, through a total of seven states, and over 3,000 miles (not gracefully, however).
CONS:
–The generator went out after running for less than 10 seconds, the first morning of our rental. We immediately called Eli when it started and stopped, then started smoking. He ran through some quick diagnostics for us to check, and we were stopped in Reno for a few hours waiting for him to search for a repair place. He couldn’t find anything until the following day, and we were on a time schedule, so after some hesitation, we decided to go on without a generator for our whole trip, and brave the NV desert in July without rear AC. Eli texted us that we would work out a discount on the RV rental due to the generator failure.
–The upper bed over the cab leaked water in the rain, and had heavy water condensation dripping on the bedding in the morning.
–The small table between the two arm chairs came off the wall when nobody was even touching it. It turns out it was obviously repaired badly, and screwed into the foam of the wall, instead of the metal mounting bracket. My husband repaired it properly so it wouldn’t be a safety hazard for our kids.
–The rear bed fell out of the wall and my son woke up with half of his bed down in the luggage compartment. This had also been poorly repaired before, with just a few screws holding the bed into the foam wall of the RV instead of a support bracket. My husband spent a few hours of our vacation repairing this so my son could sleep there.
–The single charging port we had in the cab of the RV kept blowing a fuse from charging a single phone. *keep in mind, none of the outlets, TV or microwave in the RV were operable without the generator*
–The fridge would spontaneously stop working, and the propane system would have to be reset. We had to keep a close eye on the fridge after throwing out a bunch of expensive vegan ice cream and a fridge full of food.
–The door handle and screen door desperately need replacing. You have to get the correct push-​pull-​twist– lock dance combination down in order to operate the quirky door.
–Only a few of the windows have curtains/​coverings. The few that do are poorly installed and fall off the wall regularly. Luckily we had a few extra sheets to cover the large windows. Very ghetto!
–The front tire was missing a large chunk of tread on only one side of the tire, so there was an annoying shimmy for the duration of the 3,000+ miles of our trip.
–The sink in the kitchen area leaked all over the items I put under the sink.
–The windshield wipers and side mirrors need replacing badly. It’s all of the little things that show the poor maintenance of the RV.
Despite the failing accomodations, we were able to have one of the best family road trips of our lives. This motor home was the butt of most of our jokes, and we tried to just smile and move on, as things were falling apart all around us.
Overall, I would never recommend this RV rental facility to anyone.
