Business Owner

David Jiménez is a real estate investor, life mentor, business entrepreneur, avid sports and golf enthusiast and most importantly, a father of two.

David purchased his first investment property in 2008 and is Founder of Valued Home Solutions LLC, a nationwide investment company specializing in purchasing single residential and multi-​unit properties across the country using traditional and creative financing techniques.

Company focus inludes fix and flips, flips and holds, contract for deed, lease options, subject to, wrap around mortgages, seller financing and other creative viritual strategies with an emphasis on finding solutions to home owners’ and buyers’ real estate needs.

David Jiménez takes pride in being a father to his two beautiful children and teaching them core values and integrity. He understands that with an unwavering work ethic & through consistent and focused action, any individual can achieve higher levels of spiritual and/​or financial success.
