Sacramento Flagworks

Well I wanted to buy a flag here, but I now refuse to my reason being is I called to check if they had a certain military flag. Well some man answered and when I asked if they had it, he asked me a question, but I didn’t hear the full question, I told him «I’m sorry what»
And he decided to yell at me. It was rude and unnecessary.
I don’t know what kind of people you hire or if its family owened, but I refuse to put up with that crap I would hate to see how you treat your customers with that being said I guess I’ll have to find my flag elsewhere.

This guy needs to update his website. The website says he closes at 6. I was there at 5:30. So I called the number and he stated that he closes at 4, but decided to close early to watch the baseball game. He was rude about it over the phone. The store smells like dog shit from the outside. According to other reviews, it smells that way in the store. The guy is a complete ass. Do not shop here.

If I could give this place NO stars I would. This place stinks literally and figuratively. The customer service was HORRIBLE! The older guy made Archie Bunker look like Mother Theresa. The guy kept the light off which was creepy to say the least. My 70+ year old mother became nauseated and had to leave out of the store ill because of the horrific odor. DO NOT GO HERE! Under any circumstances.

Horrible place. I did see the other reviews so I was a bit prepared but when we walked in on a sat afternoon the guy was pissed we walked in because we apparently intruped his lunch. The place is trashed and he does not have a variety of flags. Ill stick to Amazon. Yikes!

If I didn’t have to get a flag at the last minute, I would’ve never came here. These guys have the worst customer service ever. The grumpy old man. Whatever his name was lacks customer service skills. I asked you a simple question, and I needed a simple answer. You don’t go on a sarcastic tangent because you hate your job or your store. It’s unprofessional to use the language I overheard when you’re talking to another customer and your employee. Stop being such an asshole. Why don’t you take a vacation and come back with a new outlook in life. I just wanted a goddamn flag for a project. I would never go back here.

This is the kind of store you drive by a million times, maybe you think to yourself «Why would they need a whole store for that?»… until you need a random flag item and suddenly it’s «Crap! Where do I buy that flag??» HERE, that’s where.

When I need a venue for Sheldon Cooper for film ‘Sheldon Cooper presents Fun with Flags’- Flag Store!
This shop may be small but it is brimming with everything bearing a flag: decals, bumper stickers, magnets, keychains, pins, pens, banners, streamers, décor, toothpicks, napkins, and oh yeah, flags. The shopkeep is kind of quirky but he’s nice– he’s even given me free things a couple of times.

I had a great experience here for several reasons. I walked up to the door to find it locked and closed down but the owner came up and let me in even though he was about to leave for the day. I told him what I was looking for and he retrieved it and everything looked in order. I paid (a little higher than I thought it would be but that’s ok) and afterward, he gave me two flag pins! How nice is that? Small businesses like his should definitely be supported.
It looked like he had just about any flag you could possibly want. Swell place, I recommend it over going on the internet.

If you’re in Sacramento and you need a flag, well I suppose the Flag Store is a good place to start the search!
They got lots of flags… big ones, small ones… and I was surprised to learn that they don’t do any business on the Internet and manage to stay afloat. In this day and age, that’s interesting to me.
Friendly owner, if a little wacky. But if you’re running a flag store for X amount of years, I suppose you’re not the average suit-​and-​tie kinda guy.
The only downside to the place is that there was an undeniable smell… probably the result of having the two little dogs running around in there.
That being said, if I’m ever in the market for a flag or flag-​related item, this will be my first (and probably only) stop.
