If I could give Royal Breeze zero stars I would. The owner Kevin and a tech came out in mid-June to service our AC unit. Within 2 weeks of the service our AC stopped working. When the another tech came out to look at the unit he said whoever serviced it added too much Freon and it froze some of the pipes. We told Kevin what his tech told us and he denies overfilling it. Needless to say, a $ 59 service turned into a $ 1146 repair. I’m certain that since the Freon was overfilled it caused the unit to work overtime and that’s what caused the motherboard and blower to go out. Plus our AC bill went from $ 197 to $ 405 after they serviced it which is a clear indication they did overfill the Freon. I know their mistake caused the issues with our unit.

Kevin tried to convince me he’s a «good guy» that’s been in business for over 25 years. How could he still be in business if he was in the habit of breaking units? Well, Kevin… you got $ 1200 out of us. And if you were a «good guy» you would have admitted your mistake and fixed our unit at no charge.
Do not use this company! My next stop is the Better Business Bureau.

Watch out for this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They do not conduct honest business practice. They first sold us a 20 year old air condition unit for $ 1650 and claimed it was only a couple years old. At that time, we also bought a 5 year warranty plan to cover parts and labor. However, when the air condition doesn’t work, we called them to come out to repair, they would always said the problems they’re repairing is not under the parts or labor warranty and charge us a fortune for it. Hopefully I’m the last victim of their dishonest business.

Royal Breeze service was excellent. Service was a 10 by Kevin and his partner. My a/c completely died. I called around checking prices and Royal Breeze was the cheapest. If you want honest work, try them. They even came out the following day around my schedule.
Comcast «home» technician could not fix their own thermostat, telling me it was my air conditioning unit. Kevin from Royal Breeze came and examined my thermostat and my a/c unit. He rewired the thermostat fixing it. He even advised that the coil in the unit needed cleaning and told me how to do it. I cleaned it and now my a/c works colder than before. So comcast, time for u to pay the bill. Thanks guys.

I had 1^st had them come out and replace some ducting that had come undone underneath my house and was satisfied with the service. So when my AC/furnace unit started making making loud noises and just didn’t start right I called them again. I scheduled it for the following morning. Overnight the fan just stopped working. So when they called the next day I told them its now not working They did what seem to be a quick job changed the capacitor and said its running and you should be all set. I disagreed and said that it still sounds really loud and still sound like its struggling to operate. — I was told «that is the way the all sound I don’t hear anything wrong «. and said that my 3 ton carrier was a unit that should be on the roof and that was the reason why it sounded loud. Okay I didn’t agree the unit was not old and installed by a carrier dealer and approved by SMUD but they insisted and left. 30 minutes goes by and Bingo fan died. Called back no answer left a message. no reply. I called again spoke with the gentlemen who said ok I will send them back out. They come back and now they say oh yes your motor is gone. we have a new motor in the truck we will replace and then deduct you original amount off the new fan. «fair enough» I then watched as they worked for the next several hours tearing apart the motor and fan with no regards to not marring it up the unit. They seemed to be struggling to get the new over sized motor way bigger than the one that was there warped the grill destroyed the blades. burned out the new motor parts scattered. The new motor leaked oil all over the unit. They then went and got another motor still too big. they installed it and said there your all set. The motor that they put in was so powerful you could see the grill shaking when they turned it on and the sound was awful. They were again trying to insist that it was ok. I had called my mechanically inclined friend to come over and he told them Thats not right! They then tried to make it work and Burned out the new motor by connecting it up wrong. Its triple digit temperature and now its too late to get a PROPER motor. Now they say we have a used one in the truck that they pulled out of a house. They installed that and yes now my unit is working. However scratch marks all over my unit the grill is all bent and screws that they took out –Lost and are now missing. I can only say that they really did not know what they were doing and I’m very un-satisfied with the lack of professionalism that they demonstrated. I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of repair
