Results Transformation Center – Natomas

I completed my 2^nd Results Transformation challenge on12/​14/​15. I didn’t lose an additional 20lbs, which I was okay with. I lost a total of 30lbs in 12 weeks. But it doesn’t stop here! Results helped me gain confidence in myself, I got stronger, I started eating better and I am now a member of this wonderful group called ‘Results FitFam’! Results changed my life and I’m not saying this to be cheezy or for a sales pitch. I am down 6 (SIX) dress sizes in 12 weeks! How effin awesome is that! I have a met and became friends with a lot of people at Results that have the same goals as me… To be healthy and fit! All I want to say is thank you Results Transformation Centers! To all the staff and especially the coaches! FO-​THREE-​OH! YOU KNOW! See y’all at the gym! The journey of being healthy and fit continues with Results! Wut! Wut!

This place is incredible! Motivation and results is exactly what you gain and what you loose is the weight you came in with! I am stronger and more confident with only 6 weeks of a challenge. I 100% recommend this program to anyone looking for the above! I am hoping to continue to loose weight with the help of results and their amazing team of coaches and fellow challengers! Do not hesitate on this, if you want to change your life… This is where it begins. Whether your extremely overweight or just a little… This program works?! As long as you do your part! Exactly what I needed to take control again!
My weight kept creeping up and I had every life excuse there was including not putting me first! At orientation I was ready to jump with both feet. Was it easy… NOPE! There were 5am workouts where all I wanted to do was go hide in the bathroom and pout until it was over… BUT I never did! As the days and weeks passed I saw progress and nothing was stopping me from reaching my goal. I survived multiple birthday gatherings, various celebrations and even Thanksgiving. The Food Plan… appears strict… but I loved coming up and creating Masterpieces that were all IN PLAN! I’m so very thankful that my boyfriend (aka Food Police) participated as well and knew the challenges I was facing first hand. We are both heading into Round 2 and are ready and prepared to WIN again! Thank you MATT and thank you other challengers! AND a HUGE THANK YOU TO THE NATOMAS COACHES! Tiffany, Rico, Michael, Brittney and Karla as well as Sat Coach Carlos! 5am isn’t pretty but it’s getting it done!

I wanted to do this 6 week challenge 4 years ago but I was a student and didn’t have any funds, so I told myself I would do it when I had the money. So 6 weeks ago I started the challenge. It has been the best thing I have decided to do for myself in awhile. Going into the challenge I was thinking it was going to to easy. But I was wrong… The diet was hard but I stuck to it. The workouts were hard I got winded and tired but I still kept pushing myself. The outcome of me working hard everyday for the pass 6 weeks gave me a total weight loss of 24lbs!!! I was so happy seeing my weight on the scale. For all my friends, family, anyone that want something different in life and to see results!!! This gym is basically a blend of cross fit and weight watchers. There are professional coaches that coach classes and design meal plans, and the workouts are a lot of fun. I’ve had trouble losing weight in the past, but the commitment you find in this gym is super motivating, and I managed to lose 20lbs in 6 weeks, which I never thought was possible.

Today I completed my 6 week 20lb challenge and lost 22 lbs. I can’t say it was easy but Results does give you all you need and more to be successful and reach your goals. I’ve tried other programs and have been to many other gyms. What they give is different because they will not only teach you how to workout but what and when to eat, the most fundamental part of weightloss. The workouts are fun and the energy is contagious. Here everybody knows your name because you are part of the fitfam. Thank you Matt, Coach Karla and Janell, Tiffany, Carlos, Rico and all the others!

The 6 week 20 lb. challenge gave me the support and motivation necessary to achieve the first goal of my fitness journey. I couldn’t be happier with the supportive culture within the gym, and that I have constant access to coaches who help me exceed my own expectations — without injury. I would recommend this gym and the challenge to anyone. After only 6 weeks, I am stronger and more energetic than I’ve been in years, and am looking forward to getting back in the gym tomorrow! If you’re considering joining as a member or as a challenger, don’t hesitate! It’s worth it!

I recently signed up for the January 2016 6 week 20lb challenge, and received free training and gym access for the rest of this year!
I have attended 6 sessions over the last week and a half and each session is different from the next! Never boring! Running laps, Tabata-​Style, booty Friday, etc. during intense workouts, the lights are turned down and the disco lights go on. There are inspiring quotes painted on the walls, along with super heroes like Transformers, the Hulk, etc. Fun music+Disco lights+Constant motivation=An Awesome Workout!!!
The coaches are super supportive and help modify certain stretches and exercises depending issues like back or knee injuries. Lockers are provided. Restrooms are nice, too!
Coach Love, Coach Rico, & Coach Carla (I think that was her name!?) are AMAZING!
The folks in class with you are all awesome, too. Everyone works together and motivate each other.
On the first day here, I was told «We are family.» Indeed, this is a great Fit Family. Everyone wants you to succeed.

Was able to complete the 6 week challenge to lose 20 pounds with success. Beautiful new gym and great support from the coaches and my fit fam. So excited about the results, I plan to continue until I reach my final goal and then proceed into maintenance. Love my new feeling of being in control of other aspects of my life and look forward now to my workouts!

The 6 week challenge has been a great experience. It was fun, it was a lot of hard work and most of all it was me trusting and believing our coaches.
I love my 5 am crew. It was my motivation to come every morning and push hard. I hit my 20lbs and I’m rolling over to a 2^nd challenge. I am not done!
If you can dedicate yourself and work hard you can do this.

Today, I finished my 6-​week challenge and lost a total of 20lbs! I recently gained about 25lbs two years ago, and have been struggling with my weight loss ever since. I’ve tried going to the gym myself and following diets that I find online, but nothing was working sometimes I would lose 2lbs here and there, but as soon as I got a little stressed, I would gain it back and more.
I heard about this challenge online and through friends. The best part about what I heard was that it was for free! I had the chance to lose 20lbs in 6 weeks for FREE, and I did not want to miss out!
The diet we followed was very strict and hard to follow at first, but then I started getting used to it. Plus, once I started seeing the numbers go down, I was happy to eat my healthy food! The challenges came when others around me were eating unhealthy food, but once I explained my challenge, others became very supportive.
The workouts and coaches were absolutely amazing. The coaches get to know you and they push you to your true potential (not in an intimidating way). The workouts were challenging and tough but the fact that we did them together as a team is what really kept me going. Plus, everyone was on all different kinds of fitness levels and there was never a negative nancy in sight! I always looked forward to seeing my positive fitfam :)
Because I am trying balance school and internships, this challenge was extremely hard for me time-​wise. I would often become stressed because of exams and miss workouts, or slip a little on my diet, but when that happened and when I fell behind the weekly goal weights, my coaches gave me extremely helpful advice to get myself back on track! Plus there are classes in the early morning or PM, so I had no excuses not to find one that worked with my schedule!
This program means a lot to me. It has shown me that I CAN lose weight, even when I’m busy and stressed. I feel faster, stronger, leaner, more toned, my clothes actually fit, and I have so much more confidence!

I finished my first challenge and I am proud to say I was successful in losing over 20 lbs. I wanted to first thank my love Isabel Vega for being patient and supportive. I also wanted to thank the great and awesome coaches to many to name. Signed up for the next challenge… now tonight I REST.

This place is no joke! I was skeptical at first, because who really can lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks? Must be a fad right… WRONG! This gym is amazing! And who can really lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks? This girl! I’m not telling you it’s easy, but had I found this gym at the start of this year, I definitely would have chosen a membership here than choosing a membership with my other gym. And now, I’m a member at both! At Results you get support, family, friends, and a real shot at getting yourself into shape and WANTING to change your lifestyle! It’s not just about working out, it’s about maintaining a positive attitude, being extra motivated, and having a «why». This gym gives you ALL of that! And you really can lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks. Shout out to all the awesome coaches!

I have just completed my first 6-​week challenge and I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. Not only did I lose 23.2 pounds in 6 weeks, but my blood pressure went from way too high to completely normal! I became a morning person, working out at 6:00 am and actually enjoying it. The trainers are amazing, they really care about everyone and motivated me to do my best, even when I didn’t think I could do any more. I felt like I was getting together with friends every single morning. This is the best thing I ever did for myself in my entire life and I cannot wait to get started on my second challenge!
