We did some analysis 3 times at this facility. When a specialist did the same test it came out drastically different. I don’t believe that this Quest can do specialized tests accurately at this time.

The blood service was great; the staff very professional. However, I tried to pay my bill in person at 2 different labs. But I’m so frustrated, as I could not pay my bill! It should not be hard for this company to take money. WHAT a hassle! First lab didn’t accept money, the other one — I had to wait in line behind all the patients b/c there was only 1 person at that facility. Who said she’d have to pull up my account, etc etc. I waited as long as my parking meter would allow, and then had to leave. She could use what’s called an office assistant. What a concept. What, is Quest serving their shareholders rather than patients?
