History

Established in 2009.

I started PV Realty as the sole proprietor. We have grown over the last few years and now have 4 agents and a full administrative staff. We incorporated as ClearPath Real Estate Solutions in 2012 and continue to do business as PV Realty. In 2012, PV Realty has expanded to included property management as well.

I have loved living and working in Sacramento are in the last two decades. We have bought and sold homes as far North as Yuba City, as far south as Modesto, as far West as Oakland, and as far East as Tahoe. I am looking forward to building a bright future with my staff and… YOU!

I hold myself to the high professional standards. I graduated with a Business Administration degree from Sacramento State University. I hold a Real Estate degree from Sacramento City College. In an effort to best service my clients, I have also become a Certified Negotiator. My greatest reward is the satisfaction i receive from creating another satisfied client.
