Julie Ann ~ Executive Chef and an owner of Prosperity of the Lotus Gorumet Foods. She also is an own of a very prestigeous catering company in which they offer Conventional, Vegan and Gluten free catering–

Julie Ann is also the director of such community programs as Sacramento/​Oak Park Thanksgiving to the Streets

Jessica is an attending college student working on her EMT and focus on medical and her long term goals are to become a Pediatrician

John Whelchel– Prep Cook and owner

developing his cooking skills, manages equipment & set up of events

Carlitos A — Assistant Chef– manager– Manages all the productions– and is the right hand of the business
