I took the PMP boot camp July 27 — 30 in Sacramento with Joe Drammissi. It was a very helpful class and gave me all the tools I needed to continue self-​study and pass the exam on my first try. I passed the exam in November due to a delay caused by getting audited. I’m sure based on the knowledge Joe Drammissi imparted in the class I could have passed sooner if not for the audit. I highly recommend this class and this instructor!

I highly recommend taking the PMA boot camp to help with the PMP exam. I took the exam 2 weeks after the course and passed! I first took the course ¹⁄₂₀₁₄ with Jim Parks and was very impressed with his teaching style and the efforts he made to go above and beyond. I waited too long before scheduling the exam and thought a refresher course would be helpful. I then took the course ⁷⁄₂₀₁₅ with Joe Drammissi and he was great too. I recommend the boot camp and both instructors! Thanks PMA!

I had the privilege of taking the PMA Boot Camp in Sacramento from July 27^th to July 30^th with Joe Drammissi. I passed the PMP on 8÷14÷2015. Joe was an amazing instructor and his background gave the class a great real world example of project management. Overall, I am very happy with my choice to pursue PMA for my prep course and I definitely recommend Joe Drammissi as an instructor. Thanks Joe!

I attended the 3÷30÷15 to 4÷2÷15 PMP Bootcamp instructed by Jim Park, and passed the PMP Exam on 4÷20÷15. Jim did a great job of not only teaching how to pass the PMP exam, but fundamentally many things to consider with going through a project. I would highly recommend the Project Management Academy instruction taught by Jim Park, the «Timed Practice Exams» module and the «Questions and Answers» module on the Project Management Academy website to help prepare for the PMP Exam.

I took the (³⁄₃₀) class taught by Jim Park. I can’t say enough great things about Jim or the PMA course. It is a 4 day bootcamp course and I felt more prepared after taking it. Jim had great tips and tricks on how to study and pass the test. Jim had great knowledge about the exam and about project management. If you are studying to pass the exam I highly recommend this course.

I attended Project Management Academy’s «PMP Boot Camp» course in Sacramento, taught by Jim Park.
The course was a 4-​day PMP exam prep. The first three days (8-​hours each) were all instruction, and the fourth day consisted of a full PMP practice exam and exam review.
Jim Park was an excellent instructor! His knowledge of the material was top-​notch and he was excellent at relaying that knowledge through excellent examples, hypothetical situations, and other experience. He made sure to involve the whole class and keep the pace moving and us all learning. I was amazed at the breadth of PMP knowledge that we covered in the three days of instruction.
This was greatly facilitated by the PMA’s supplied learning materials Their chart on all the PMP processes, as well as other handouts on the inputs & outputs for the processes, strategy guide for taking the exam, and definitions were incredibly helpful.
I would recommend this course, especially if taught by Jim Park, to anyone interested in taking the PMP exam.

I attended the Boot Camp in Sacramento the week of October 7, 2013, and passed the test on October 28! Jim did a great job walking us through the materials and answering all of our questions. I am very pleased with the program overall, and highly recommend it to others.

The Project Management Academy sets the bar for PMP training courses. I attended the PMP Bootcamp in December of 2013 with instructor Gregg D. Richie. He presented the PMBOK information clearly and in an organized fashion. We moved quickly through the material which kept me engaged, which can be tough in a 35 hour class. We had a small class so we had plenty of time to focus on questions or specific areas. Greg’s study tips were by far the most helpful part of the course. The website tools that you get along with the course are also excellent in preparing you to pass the PMP, like I did.

I completed the PMA PMP boot camp in Sacramento in June 2013. I took my test and passed in July! Very pleased to have received my PMP. I could not have done it without PMA. While one must devote a significant amount of time to studying and preparing for this exam, I highly recommend letting PMA be your first resource. The study modules and tools on the website are provided to students in advance of taking the course, and spending time in those modules was extremely useful. The materials made available prior to class combined with the materials and instruction during the boot camp are invaluable. My instructor was Susan Smith who I also highly recommend! She was great — professional and extremely patient! Thank you PMA and Susan Smith!

Just completed the Boot Camp and had a very positive experience. The instructor, Gordon, made the material make sense by utilizing stories with application methods, word association and memory techniques. We moved through the material very quickly, so there was no down time. The additional study guides provided also helped everyone retain the information. The food was some of the best I’ve ever had at a meeting or conference; breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack was provided.

Simply stated, the PMA test prep boot camp is the most valuable tool there is for preparing for the PMP certification test. The material is straightforward and focused on only the most important aspects of the PMBOK guide and the test. I was lucky enough to have Gordon Young as my trainer and I can’t say enough good things about him and his teaching style. He is smart, intuitive, humorous and his little tips and tricks are priceless. I highly recommend this training class, especially with Gordon leading the training.
