Keeping my car clean, inside and out, is one of my top priorities. I wish I could say that I have the time to give it the attention it deserves, unfortunately time is hardly ever on my side. I have been to a lot of different car wash places. This one is, has and hopefully will remain at the top of the list.
They nail it, getting the job done, right and the first time. I have never left this place disappointed. They have delivered excellent customer service, experience and service each and every time I e been here.
The staff is lightning fast and will get the job done in no time. Usually, I’m in and out of this place within 10 – 15 minutes, at the most, regardless if it’s peak time. I have been here when it’s jam packed, which does cause a few minutes delay, however, they’re still lightning fast, with a fantastic product and service that’s guaranteed to exceed each and every time you come here. 10+ years and counting.
They’re fast, efficient, competitively priced and exceed expectations every time. Give them a shot!

I got my seats and floor detailed this passed tuesday. Overall they did a very good job getting the stains I had in my front seats. They even cleaned around the center console at no charge which was nice! However upon returning to my car, I noticed 2 interior scratches near my ebrake. Wasn’t at all too happy about that. They need to take more care when cleaning to avoid damaging things. Other than that we were out in a timely manner.

This is more of a three and a half.
I took my car to have ot washed, I ordered the pavilion wash because my car really needed a cleaning, I asked them to pay extra attention to the back seat, I have kids. Kids and upholstery don’t mix. As far as I can tell they did a great job on the back seat however, they missed basic stuff like my cup holders and the top of my center console. There were also a few spots on the exterior that weren’t clean, they aren’t tough spots I was able to wipe them off with a cloth when I got home.
Another Unilocaler said they were good at getting off the washoe valley dirt. they really aren’t. The last time I had my car washed was when I still lived in Reno. A month later and a few trips over the mountain they weren’t able to get off the desert dust and sierra snow stains. At least not as well as I would have liked.
I wouldn’t be upset if the wash hadn’t been $ 50 bucks.
On a side note, their little shop is adorable and not badly priced.

This place is wonderful! All of the staff members I interacted with were friendly and the service was surprisingly quick. I got the neighbor package and when I got my car back it was spotless! I can’t remember the last time it was cleaned and now you could never tell it’s been that long.

The absolute best car wash in town. Had a rental car for over 2 months which we decided to smoke in it. Completely got the smoke smell out. As a bonus they even heated up my muffin.

Trust me, if these folks can clean a car driven with a whippet and Doberman who just hiked all over in the Washoe Valley portion of Nevada, they can darn well clean anything (and they earn every penny of the price you’re going to pay).

I have been coming here for six years and I have never had a bad experience. I pull in for an oil change and get the free wash. They are fast and thorough every time. They do not nickel and dime me for things I don’t need/​want. They do a quick oil change and send my car thru the wash and then they clean out the inside, wipe the dash, vacuum, clean and dry the outside. It looks like new when they are done w/​it. I love it and the price I am paying for a quick detail is worth it. I don’t take my car anywhere else.

I thought the speed and customer service was awesome. Price was decent. However, after taking a closer look, they blatantly missed a lot of spots on the car.

Don’t forget to check in for an extra discount! I was afraid to check this place out because of how long the line was but I decided to check it out. They finished my car quicker than I expected.
If it’s your first time here, they’ll give you $ 10 off for the next time u go back. So definitely worth it. I’m happy with this place. Quick, reasonable price and great customer service.

Of the various car washes around Sacramento, this one is the most consistently good. I rarely find fault with the work they do, and if I do, they make it right immediately (too much tire dressing!).
Considering the volume they handle here, the wait times are also acceptable. It’s not cheap, but it’s good!

Excellent customer service.
It was my first time in today and the employees were very nice and helpful. They asked what type of wash I wanted and I told them that I would like the super wash. Having recently backed into a painted pole, I asked if there was a way for them to focus on the area where the paint transferred onto my car. I was told that normally they charge extra for that kind of service but it was on the house since it was my first time there. When my car was finished the paint from the pole was completely gone and my car paint was perfectly fine.
I highly recommend Pavilion Car Care.

Definitely solid if you need a quick wash but need something more thorough than a regular cleaning. I have two dogs and frequently drive long distances so my car was a hot mess when I brought it here. I got the seats and carpets shampooed and the «wheel deal» wash for $ 129, which is on par with other express detailing services I’ve used in the past. The shampoo job was great — my seats look brand new, and the exterior wash was excellent — haven’t seen my car that shiny in a long time! I was a little disappointed with the interior clean — there was still some grime on my center console/​cupholder area, but, given how gross my car was before I brought it in, and that they did everything in just over an hour, I can’t hold that against them.

Always had my vehicles washed and waxed here. I have a new truck with black paint. I always use Meguire synthetic type protectant, similar to wax. I asked if they had Meguire synthetic, yes was the answer but the charge is 20.00 more. I watched as they applied a blue type cream paste on my truck, I know Meguire is tan. When I asked, they told me it was blue coral. I informed them I paid for Meguire synthetic. Manager stated they don’t carry Meguire synthetic but the blue coral paint sealer is much better. Not what I paid for but does look good. Anything for a sale

REDEEMED: I went back today and the manager honored a redo on my truck. SATISFIED !!

I was in the area and desperately needed my a wash and wax for my car. This place had a lot of positive reviews so I decided to give it a shot.
Arrival: was quick and easy, the gentleman who helped me was very nice and explained all my options.
Price: Reasonable, I paid $ 69.99 for a hand wax and the «works» carwash.
Waiting room: Typical wait while they wash gift shop type place. However I found it lacking in adequate seating. Other places I’ve been too had better seating accommodations and tv’s.
Waiting time: Reasonable as well, it was much faster than another place I frequent in Elk Grove.
End result: They were really busy so I didnt get a chance to thoroughly expect the work while there but when I got home I noticed several things that did not impress me. I noticed that the inside door on the drivers side still has some spots that should have been wiped off, my center console was not wiped down either, there were still hard water spots on the passenger side doors and windows, someone did not wipe down most of the wax on the back tailgate.
Overall: The prices was reasonable and prevented me from having to wax my entire car myself (which I despise) but Im not sure how good of a quality wax I got. I still have hard water spots and there are still some bumps I feel which when I wax it myself I do not have. Yes my car was covered in dog fur and slobber so the car looks significantly better than it did when I went in but I was hoping that I wouldn’t have to do more cleaning and detailing when I got home which I did. So overall my experience was ok but I won’t be going out of my way to go here again. I think I’ll stick with my usual spot in Elk Grove that takes FOREVER but the end result is usually better.

I took my Nissan altima there to give it a complete full exterior and interior detailed. At first I questioned the price since it indeed was a little pricey. But finally, after spilling some greasy ashhh Chinese food in my trunk and smelling crab for weeks, I decided to go for it. Made an appointment 2 days prior then dropped it off early morning. Came back after 7 hours later and its as if I bought a newer car! These guys are the real deal! Though it may cost a lot, I highly agree to the fact that you get what you pay for. These group of people took their time and energy to provide the service and for that I give them kudos. My car is clean, no streaks, so shiny, and doesn’t smell like Chinese food anymore. Amazing!
Keep up the good work, I’ll be back for sure!
To everyone else who has spilled Chinese food in their car and it stinks, take it to this place. :)

I have mixed feelings about this place. I just went for the first time and explained that I wanted my car detailed as the inside had gotten really dirty. They said they cover the interior with any of their packages so I got the cheapest one. It was very fast and inexpensive (~20 $) and overall it was a nice job except they DID NOT vacuum all the dog hair from my backseat which was the primary reason I took my car in to a detailed.
Pros: fast, inexpensive, many packages for exterior cleaning
Cons: Do not do a thorough interior job and do not offer any different levels of interior cleaning.
UPDATE: Due to my unsatisfactory Unilocal review, the kind manager, Matt suggested I come back for a complimentary re-​cleaning. I went today and explained to the intake person that my #1 priority was getting the dog hair out from my backseat. He said that is no problem and that dog hair is easy to get out with the vaccum. Yay… Not Yay… When my car was done I decided to take a peak at the backseat to revel in its hairless glory. It was pretty much the same.
I told the woman up front that there was still TONS of doghair in the backseat which was the whole reason I came back for a free cleaning. Without hesitation they swept my car back to the back and I even heard the intake person at the vaccum station tell the workers to ensure all the dog hair was removed.
A few minutes later they drove my car back up to me and even opened the backseat to show me that it was better. Yes it was better, but there is still a considerable amount of dog hair in my backseat. I understand that it is difficult to get out, that is precicely the reason that I brought it to professionals to pay money for them to remove it.
I am not sure what their standard of clean is, when they return my car still covered in dog hair.
Conclusion: If you keep your car pretty clean and come here regularly I think it is a great deal. Customer friendliness is on POINT but there is a seriously lack of effective communication between customer service personnel and the people actually doing the work. This place really needs a «deep clean» level of interior detailing which I would have been happy to pay for in the first place instead of all this awkward re-​cleaning that has still left me feeling unsatisfied.

This place always does a solid job for me. Good auto maintenance and a solid wash. Staff is always friendly. The only thing I would change is the seating area inside… it’s dated and the chairs aren’t super comfortable. There’s often not enough indoor seating to go around too. The service is typically fast, which makes it easy to pop in and get out. I like that it’s close to an affluent neighborhood so the clientele is clean and well mannered… unlike the area just around the corner near Arden Mall.
Update the indoor seating and it’s 5 stars all day!
