Changed from 2 to 5 stars. Ken called me immediately after this review and we were able to hash out the miscommunication on both ends. Just talking to him on the phone he was professional and courteous and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

Ken is a true professional with years of experience and expert advice. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for quality work at a fair price. I have been in the building industry for 30 years so I know what I am talking about. Thank you Ken.

We can’t believe that we have the back yard of our dreams. This was the second time we used Ken and his crew (Pavers Made Possible) and we are glad we did. They were very easy to work with and listened too what we wanted and executed it. Ken, Angel, and all the other were a pleasure to work with. They payed close attention to drainage and ADA. We are very happy with the results!!!

I had a 3-​star review earlier which was responded on by the owner. They really want to make their customers happy! I did not expect them to come out and repair our wall which was inadvertent in the construction of our patio. We are so used to companies that do not follow through. They went the extra step to make sure everything was perfect. Very good prices and they will take care of you as long as you let them know of any issues. This is a rare company that takes particular pride in their work.

We had our old broken driveway and sidewalks replaced. Jordan came out and gave a bid. The work started and when they were done. We were totally blown away with what was done. Great company. I would like to thank Jordan the Demo, Concrete, Finish crews job well done.

My wife and I wanted more space for entertaining in our backyard. We initially looked into stamped concrete and received several bids before we met with Ken. I was hesitant at first because I believed pavers were an expensive option. I was very surprised to find that Ken’s quote was at or below several of the quotes we got for concrete. Not only was the price competitive but the paving options were numerous and Ken’s portfolio is gorgeous.
Ken took the time to work with us on our vision for the backyard. He helped us through the budgeting, design, and planning of the project. Ken and his crew were complete professionals. Can’t thank Ken and his team enough for the beautiful transformation they did on our backyard! I was getting hopeless because I lacked the time (and skills) to take on such a large backyard myself, but I didn’t have a large budget either to get a professional to do it. I searched around and Ken came in, was sympathetic to my needs and worked around my budget and gave us a beautiful backyard that my family can now actually enjoy. My husband and I are SO HAPPY with our backyard! Ken and his amazing crew worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally to transform our hot mess of a backyard into something I can’t wait to spend time in. We ended up having our original concrete patio removed so that we could have a paver patio that flowed, we got two really nice walkways, a flagstone walkway, a raised courtyard and a sitting wall for an truly affordable price. Do not use this company to handle your project. The workers are good if they are instructed exactly what to do but there is no organization whatsoever. The follow up is horrible, I waited weeks for them to come back and fix a broken step. Then when I had them to come back to set up a drip line which was included in my order they wanted to charge me. The owner then hung up the phone on me and that was the last contact I had with them.

I had called several companies to come out and give me an estimate. When I asked for them to bring me their insurance information non of them showed up until I called Ken. He came to my house the same day and gave me an estimate and showed me all of his insurances and licenses that he carries. I hired him that day. I was so impressed with Ken and his crew. Ken got me on the schedule and a few days later my backyard was DONE. The crew was so nice and quiet I barely even new that they were there. My backyard went from something I could not even use to a beautiful entertaining area. I couldn’t be more happier with the job they did. I already know I will have them back to build my outdoor bbq/​kitchen area.

We really love our new patio! Ken and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish. We weren’t exactly sure what we wanted so Ken gave us ideas and it turned out beautifully! They worked quickly, professionally, and went above and beyond in bringing the vision to reality. Highly recommend!

We had a 2 car wide driveway that was cracked and uneven with an entry walkway to match. We called Ken and his crew and they all were as professional as it gets. They came in demolished the old concrete and widened our driveway making it able to fit 3 cars now. Complimented that by making the entryway match and everything looks amazing. We were so happy with his concrete crew that we had him landscape the front yard. His landscaping crew were just as professional. So happy with the curb appeal Ken was able to provide. I had them stump grind a large tree stump, grade and level the entire front yard, add new professional grade sprinkler system, and of course the concrete. Highly recommended!

Ken is a busy man because he does fantastic work. I’m pretty particular, and he went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. He listened to my concerns, ensured quality and attention to detail, and worked well within my budget.

Ken and his crew did an excellent job of taking out our old patio and pool deck and putting in our new pavers. We went with the Belgard Victorian Lafitt Patio Slab. The new patio looks great. Ken used two crews, one for demolition and one for installation. Each of the crews paid attention to detail and were highly professional. The actual laying of the pavers is an art in that our free form shape required cuts, all of which came out great. Two photos of the final outcome are included.

Ken and his crew (Mark and Cameron) made our backyard vision and dream come to life. My husband consulted with several folks before finalizing our decision with Pavers Made Possible. Ken is flexible and amenable to personalizing your vision. Pavers Made Possible created us an amazing sitting wall, walking way and planters. We are pleased with the quality and final product of the new addition to our backyard. Our consultation appointments were productive as he was prepared in showing us various photos of previous work his team created, as well as options for us to consider for our vision.

Ken and his crew did an amazing job on our walkway. We met to discuss the project on a Sunday and it was completed in less than a week. He gave us creative ideas and his work exceeded our expectations. He communicated with me every day of his project and they even left us some extra pavers to use as we wished.
