Paramount Collegiate Academy

My daughter had been bullied for almost 3 years at another school and hated school. I’ve followed the growth of PCA and now my baby girl is a student and hands down was the best decision I’ve made for her. she loves it and is so engaged. as a working mother I can now be free of worrying about her everyday… she wants to be there. there was a incident however it was quickly taken care of. the staff at pca has a open door at all times. never have I been turned away. Follow up and communication.. as a parent of a child that suffered severely at the hands of bully’s and depression before attending pca im supporting pca and the entire program and the wonderful education and the entire staff. thank you Mrs. C. blanca.. and Dr. Rose. please continue to give my child the best education I appreciate you all.

This school is excellent! It offers small class sizes so students get more personal attention, the teachers are extremely educated and flexible with students and their learning styles. The computers and tablets are up now, and the students will be participating in some exciting technology events. The principle is easy to talk to if you have a problems. I am so impressed by the level of dedication and professionalism by the teachers, and administration. I am so glad I found out about this school.

This school is awful! It is all smoke and mirrors. They are under funded and ill prepared to carry out the functions of a real school. Some of the teachers are great but don’t listen to the Lies and promises of a «21^st century education». They will promise your kids computers, tablets and robots, to try and lure them in but they cannot deliver. And that would be fine, if they provided a safe environment and a good education but they don’t. Bullying is rampant and ignored buy staff. Racism and religious intolerance is even permitted. In fact when my child tried to stop some older kids from standing on a table and saluting Hitler he was attacked while the teacher watched. Then he was suspended and nothing happened to those other kids. Needless to say this school’s first few weeks are off to a rocky start. Now I can see why The San Juan School District denied their first charter.
Ps. they also refused to let my child use the restroom on multiple occasions. When he finally refused to wait any longer a staff member physically restrained him. Plus the head of the school supposedly yelled in another students face while they were practically nose to nose. More Like a 18^th century education.
