Papa Murphy’s

I had to come here because my normal location on Del Paso (it’s just closer and no other reason why I go there instead) was unkind. When I went in to this location, it had a friendly, welcoming, helpful air about it. Wish I had the guy’s name, but he was just calm and friendly. No major interaction, but just a pleasant experience. I think it was Wednesday night so whomever was working, thank you!

Enjoyed the pizza & I only had to wait like 2min in live. Upset they didn’t have the cinna wheel tho, that’s the whole reason I went. Had been looking for a sweet pie for a min. #letdown

Terrible service. The girl Donna who «helped» me gave off a very negative vibe to me. They don’t give free parmasian cheese either. They only sell parmasian cheese but will sprinkle some on your pizza though if you ask, but not without making it seem like such a huge inconvenience to do. For $ 14 I could of got a pizza already cooked with better service for cheaper

They’re really friendly but definitely skimp on the toppings. My pizza barely has any cheese on it. The guy took what little was left in the cheese tub (about half a handful), threw it on, looked at it and started spreading it around when hw could’ve just gotten more. So sad :(I’ll be adding my own cheese when I get home.

These guys always take great care of me. The crew is all fast and friendly, great customer service. I always drive the extra distance to come to this location instead of ones that are closer to me. Thanks guys!

My pizzas are always delicious. Even though its in a busy location it is very clean inside and the employes are great. I usually order pizza about every other week and always use my coupons I receive in the mail. I love that they have healthy options too.

This particular location is always very clean. They have really nice employees & the food is awesome.

I called b4 I went in, just to be sure I could use the coupons I had via the Papa Murphys’ Text Club. Also, the coupons come pretty frequently thru my junk mail/​sales paper pile once a week. I was assured they accepted text coupons :)
The employee here who took our order was very informative & patient considering it was our first visit to a Papa Murphys’. He directed us on how the pizza was assembled at the store and we would take it home to bake as well as how long we would have to bake it for.
I had two coupons: one for a $ 9 Murphys’ combo and another for a free chocolate chip cookie dough (its a small tub). I added a cinnamon wheel for my family because one of us cant eat chocolate, so no cookies for them!
I found the location to be accessible as well as the parking distance from the store. The pizza was yummy, not as good as Papa Johns’, or Round Table, but it was yummy. Cinnamon Wheel was a nice change from Cinnastix! ;) Felt somewhat healthy eating it, it had oats on it! Mmm, wasnt expecting that (in a good way)! Anyway, yep, i’d pay another visit, I always have a coupon for them :) Why not?

Wow. Charged me for a family size and gave me a large. Refused to take my coupons. Take your business to another papa murphies. It’ll be worth the extra drive.

They have ANY pizza ANY size for $ 10 Monday — Thursday.. I believe.
I always call in my order and they are always clear, polite and precise. When I arrive they are always happy to work with me and my pizza is ready for me to pick up!
Twice I have had my orders get «messed up» but they were delicious mistakes and I got some extra cash sliced off of the price!
(stuffed pizza dough for just a cheese pizza is fantastic! especially if you add your own extras like garlic and veggies!)
I used to live down the street from this particular Papa Murph’s, After moving to Midtown we still drive to the Truxel location.

This location skimps on toppings and does not give discounts as advertized. Also asked for red sauce and got white instead. Ordered a family size and paid the full amount. Sign in the store said 3.00 off. Told the owner and he said no discount. Pizza nazi… No pizza for u

I think the kids who are running the register are the owner’s kids. If not, they’re just go getters, because they are super-​polite and professional.
There’s not much of a waiting area, and that makes things awkward with the others that are milling around waiting for their pizzas. But it doesn’t take but 5 minutes if you don’t call ahead and then you’re out of there were a high-​quality pizza.

I love the pizza and the salads. The problem I have is the service. We called our order in the last time we went and my husband waited 15 mins and then left to go get it. Well when he got there and went to the register they did not even have our order ready!!! What is the point of calling ahead if they don’t even make your order until you get there?!! We will go there again but we don’t see the point of calling the order in anymore.

I am a frequent Papa Murphy’s customer and have ordered from many Papa Murphy’s locations. I typically like service and pizza at most Papa Murphy’s locations, but not at Truxel. The staff are often unfriendly and this store skimps on the toppings. I recommend you travel to another Papa Murphy’s store to pick up your pizza.

I’m a big fan of Papa Murphy’s. Their veggie delite pizza is fantastic! Ultra thin crust, white sauce… oh, so good.
Seems like their prices have gone up in recent years. I remember back when it was much cheaper going there than ordering delivery, but the delite is $ 10. Didn’t it used to be like $ 7? But I’ll forgive ‘em because it is delicious.
This location is quick and clean, but it usually has a bunch of shady characters hanging around the parking lot. For that, I knocked them a star. If I don’t feel safe going there after dark, I can’t give em too much love.
Still, that delite is awesome. I’m sure we will be back next time we are feeling too lazy to cook dinner! Just be sure to lock your car.

Being originally from So Cal, I was taken a back by a franchise that expects you to actually bake your own pizza, but after tasting it, I was amazed by the freshness of the pizza and the ingredients. This is like Pizza hut meets Subway.

The great dinner default. Call ahead if you can or you will be waiting. Various staff over the years but don’t think I have had a really bad experience the few times I’ve been in. Right across from the High School so you might have to contend with a lot of people in the parking lot or hanging around after school.

It’s good for inexpensive pizza.
The crust tastes odd to me. The place is quite small but it’s really only designed for picking up pizza and leaving.

Their pizzas are inconsistent, sometimes theres a good amount of cheese, sometimes there’s barely any, depends who preps it I guess. I saw the sign shaker wave a sign for their $ 5.99 large peperoni and I called to order, the lady on the phone sounded like she said the pizza was actually 9.99, then I told her about the sign shaker. I got it for 5.99 but then the next day when I went to order, she said it was $ 9.99, and wouldn’t give it to me for the promotion price. Later on that day I see the same sign being waved for $ 5.99. Weird, I’ve experienced better customer service.

Ahhh. This place it’s really and very clean. They make the stuff very fast and it is always full with customers. I work at a place right next to them and talk to the employees that work there also and they have like 10 people working in the back that just shows how fast and efficent they are.
