Had an issue will my Fuso and it wouldn’t go over 45mph so needless to say 150 miles later I showed up a little later then I should have! These guys were amazing they went out of there way to do everything they could to get me back on the road and since I was still very far from home I can’t say how much it meant to me. It already being 14 hours into my day they got me up and running and the whole time had a great attitude even though I pushed the limit of there business hours. Thanks to each and every one of them that went out of there way to help including the mechanic, Supervisor, and manager!

A little over a year ago we did a TON of research on a new box truck, after researching many brands we decided to go with a mitsubishi as their fuel mileage and warranty were the best in the industry. Our only concern was that If we had a mechanical failure we would have to take the truck over 100 miles to be serviced. Well one year later (last week) we did have a minor problem, the speed sensor failed and the truck would intermittently lose power. I was very surprised with how attentive PMHSI was to our problem, I called the shop foreman Thursday afternoon and he arranged a free tow from Santa Rosa to their shop the very next morning. After they diagnosed the truck they had the part 2^nd day aired to them and repaired it promptly. Now here’s the kicker. Our original salesman Zachary Ochoa drove the truck back to us after it was repaired and arranged his own transportation back to Sac, That is the definition of integrity. I am very pleased with how everyone at PMHSI stepped up to the plate to take care of our problem. They really went above and beyond for us and I am grateful for everything they did. I know who I am going to call when we need our next truck. Thanks guys!

In the end, they called us to tell us that it was a mistake and that we didn’t owe anything to them anymore.
I appreciate their honesty in admitting their own mistake, at least.
