Then we want to make sure your new furniture gets to your home with no problems. One Stop Furniture has been in business since 2002 and we are family owned and we have a family-​friendly atmosphere. Both of our stores have 10,000 square feet of showroom so we can offer you a wide array of furniture.

With our extensive variety of styles, quality and price you will be able to find the ideal furniture for every room. we have dining tables, pub tables, chairs, bars, bar stools, china cabinets, beds, dressers, mirrors, nightstands, armoires, chests, kid’s bedroom furniture, sofas, sectionals, recliners, coffee tables, end tables and sofa tables.

We have a large selection of mattresses by quality companies such as Sealy and Simmons. We offer free mattress delivery including removal of the old mattress and setting up the new mattress with a free heavy duty metal frame. Other furniture delivery is available locally for a charge.

One Stop Furniture offers several finance options. Even if you have no credit, bad credit, bankruptcy or whatever your credit situation is we have the financing for you. We have No Credit Check Financing, 18 months same as cash financing and we also offe

Established in 2001.

Victor Pham opened the first One Stop Furniture at the corner of Northgate and El Camino in 2001. In recent years the second One Stop Furniture opened in the Shop Smart Discount Mall in South Sacramento.

One Stop Furniture opened it’s first store in 2001 at the corner of Northgate Blvd. and El Camino in Sacramento. In 2010 the second One Stop Furniture Store became the anchor store for the new ShopSmart Mall located in the old Sam’s Club on Stockton Blvd. near Massie Court.

I went to ikea first and couldn’t find anything in my price range so I looked to Unilocal and luckily I found this store. Hannah gave me a wonderful deal and helped me get a great loan. My wife and I were looking for furniture for our new apartment and came across One Stop Furniture. Good furniture at good prices. We were helped by Jerry and he was SUPER helpful. He didn’t push us to buy furniture we didn’t need or like. He even pulled out a measuring tape and measured couches to fit our apartment. He also did a really good job at walking us through the financing options. We will absolutely be returning for more furniture in the future. Definitely ask for Jerry!!!

We’re do I even start with this review. Well first off I chose One stop because beck’s furniture Unilocal reviews were a lot worst and one stops reviews seemed pretty good but unfortunately my mother in law and I experience was absolutely HORRIBLE.
The 1st issue was they came to deliver our furniture they didn’t bring the extra dresser I had purchased and then come to find out Jerry the representative that helped my husband and I at the store didn’t even order the dresser or put it on our invoice.
The 2nd issue was the guys that delivered the furniture seemed like they were so tired and overworked and were rushing to put our stuff together they called there boss to see if set up was included in our orders just so they could hurry up and leave.
The 3rd issue was my mother in laws bedroom set for her daughter was the wrong color but she felt so bad for the overworked movers that she said she would just keep the wrong color but not realizing yet the bedroom set was a queen and that they also brought her the wrong size. FYI she needed a full and that is what she ordered.
The 4th issue was she called the store back to tell them she needs them to now bring the right color bedroom set and full mattress they told her they could have it to her the next day showed up late and showed up with the wrong color bedroom set but this time with the right size. This time my mother in law was FED UP and told them to take it back to the furniture store.
The 5th issue last but not least was they came back today and still brought the wrong color again this time my mother in law just kept the WRONG COlOR bedroom set.
Obviously customer service is not a priority because no managers have called her to apologize or offer a discount or some type of credit for the inconvenience.
BEWARE OF THIS FURNITURE STORE!

This is a really good fruititure store, and hanna I believe her name is. Knows a lot about all the fruniture in the store, as well as the information on her competitors. I just ordered a new bed set. It was delivered on time and put together by there staff. great prices for great fruniture.

Highly recommended! The best customer service ever! All i can say is WOW! I suggest you guys come over and look for Hannah she is very informative, courteous, enthusiastic and very professional. The store has everything you need furniture wise, they offer financing and they can offer payments wether you have good or bad credit and the options they offer are very affordable. I will never ever go to any furniture shop at all. One stop furniture is all you will ever need.

I was happy with the salesman, Jesse. I was was happy with the price for a full mattress set, $ 159.00. Delivery was within 3 days. However, their website said, «We offer free mattress delivery including removal of the old mattress and setting up the new mattress with a free heavy duty metal frame.» I did get free delivery because of a friend referral, but was told they would not remove my old mattress and I was charged $ 39.00 for a metal frame that was definitely not heavy duty. Now I’m stuck with a mattress and box spring until I can figure out how to haul it away.

I bought the sofa which was around $ 1500. It is such a nice and so comfortable sofa I’ve ever tried. IKEA is cheap, yea also the quality. And there is no expensive sofa which will suit my new house.

When you think about really good or high end furniture add this store to the top of your list. I went to American Furniture galleries and was treated poorly and never received a call about my furniture inquiry. I found the same Ashley bedroom set and living set but more important to me Victoria my sales rep spent over an hour with me and I did not make a purchase until the following day I felt like a customer not just a credit card and the manager approved our deal I saved over $ 1000 on a very nice purchase which included 2 bedrooms my game room and my living room I highly recommend this store…

We went here twice and both times received excellent customer service. We purchased a discounted leather chair that was a little dinged up and after we paid I asked them how to clean and fix it. They than said that they would clean and fix it for us, but to come back in an hour. When we came back the chair looked brand new — it had it’s own makeover. They then wrapped it up and helped place it in our car. We are quite happy with our purchase and we loved the above and beyond personal service.

Very dishonest. They have a 50 $ for $ 100 deal going on and I needed a bunkie board so I contacted them about it. They said bunkie boards are $ 100 but if I pay cash, they could give me free delivery or charge no tax. I said thats ok, I’ll just take advantage of the Unilocal deal and get it for $ 50, and the lady I was speaking then said, «Oh no, its $ 150 actually. You can’t use that deal.»
Very misleading and disappointing.
***Update*** Very dishonest once again. I was at a biker rally in Hollister CA on July the 4th, NOT shopping and calling around for bunkie boards. You quoted me $ 100, and then offered to make another deal for me if I payed cash. It wasn’t until I mentioned the coupon that you changed your tune, and it conveniently became $ 150 so I would still pay $ 100 even IF I bought the coupon.
It’s ok, I understand that coupon is meant for people to use on bigger purchases, but if a customer wants to utilize it for something small you should honor it. You chose not to and now you have a crap review from me on Unilocal.Regardless, bunkie boards sell from Walmart and Amazon for like $ 35. Charging $ 150 is price gouging and deserves a 1 star review on its own.

Over the top customer service from the sales reps to the delivery staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful, you really feel like a valued customer shopping here. We went to «Big Name» places and they treated us like they didn’t want our money.
Sales staff is very accommodating and the product is great quality at an even better price. Delivery staff is always courteous of my doorways/​walls and very respectful. I have been a customer here for many years and look forward to continued business with this great company.
