One Day Graphics team are amazing. They provide a quick, reliable, and quality service while making the customer feel valued through the whole process.
Our company polos shirts were excellent quality, the printing was done professionally, and they provided detailed check-​ins throughout the process. The quote they provided was extremely competitive and combined with their customer service, made the whole experience awesome.
I would definitely recommend using One Day Graphics.
The ability to pick-​up from Downtown was a definite cost-​saver (not that delivery was that much more expensive).

Ordered a size large shirt for my brother which ran too small. They sent me a xl right away !! Very easy to deal with and quality of shirts were awesome. Expected hanes quality like all the other tshirt companies on the web.

I was looking to get a large amount of t-​shirts printed for a family reunion we recently celebrated and was introduced to Elvin through a mutual friend. He came with high recommendation and upon meeting with him, Elvin assured me that I would be taken care of.
Elvin and his team at One Day Graphics were able to accommodate our large order with ease, from concept to completion. Design changes were easily made and we were even able to order five different shirt colors for a very reasonable price. Due to time constraints I was unable to meet with Elvin for a prearranged pick-​up. Surprisingly, he took it upon himself to deliver the shirts to my parents house!
As a result of such a positive experience, I’ve maintained steady contact with Elvin and One Day Graphics.

I am not one to speak negatively or write negative reviews for any business especially local businesses, however mine and my husbands experience with this company has been anything but good or helpful.
My husband placed an order for a shirt. He got no email confirming purchase. Called 5 days after order and «customer service agent» said I would receive a call back by cob same day, but I ended up having to call her back 4 days later. All she did was point the finger at other employees and saying it’s probably because of other mitigating circumstances that no one has gotten back to me. She the advised me to request a refund on my product if she doesn’t hear from anyone by tomorrow. I thought the goal was to make money satisfying your customer base, not basically telling them to keep their money and spend elsewhere. This has got to be one of the worst buying experiences I’ve ever had.
And trying to get someone on Facebook to respond to your direct message is impossible too… even though they are constantly on there updating their page. I would not suggest this site to anyone. I’m more inclined to speak on the terrible experience to people as this is the worst buying experience I’ve ever had.
All my husband wants is the product he was looking forward to receiving and I personally feel he should get that and a refund.

I didn’t contact you FOUR DAYS AGO! This all took place at the beginning of the month. It took two weeks to get a somewhat response from Elvin. I ordered this shirt as an anniversary present for my wife. That date came and went and no response or resolution from this company. Guess what mysteriously showed up on my door step FOUR DAYS AGO?!! Yep! I have yet to still receive any response to my messages and emails and of all things… I never received an apology.
