I went there a few months ago and got a used tire it went out on me I went back yesterday to get a used tire I drove from natomas to galt to pick up my olé man and the tire went flat took it off to put air in the tire and it exploded in my mans face I will not be going back there waste of $ 35… The tire only last f’n 4 hours… I will give this place 0 stars if allowed me to

If I could give this place a worst rating, I’d give it 0, maybe less.
L i t e r a l l y the worst service I have ever received from any place.
I bought my 4 brand new tires a few months back and called in before I went in for a price and he said 250 and went in an hour later and he changed the price to 300 and said he never recalled saying that to me.
They had to install longer axle nuts so it had to come with a key and he said he’d give it to me for free and I asked if I could purchase an extra just to keep in my car and I never received either of them.
Went back in today because I needed the key to do a tire swap at home and showed him the receipt. I had to chase him down and he still kept trying to dodge me. After I finally got him, he rolled his eyes at me and still questioned me about 3 times if I really purchased it and sort of just tossed it at me.

Came in for two used front tires. Two guys, super nice, looked and found two tires with lots of tread left in them. $ 75 for the set. Took my car in and started working on it right away. Super nice and fast. In and out in less than 20 minutes.
I was missing a lug nut on the front tire and they gave me a new one for free!!!
Will be coming back again!
Place looked closed when I first drove up. Noticed the fence was open. Waiting area is cold, dress warm. :-) service I got was worth it!

Brought in my truck last week. The manager wanted to sell me a set instead of me asking for only two. But anyways I paid $ 140 for 4 used tires+labor. It was a decent deal. The tires were still a little cracky with about 80% tread maybe.
Doesn’t seem like anybody smiles much here. Waited less than 10 mins to be honest, fast service. Drove off and one tire was pounding hard so I drove back right away and got it redone for no fee.
Overall, this is a good place! Close to where I live so I would probably come back if i needed used tires again.

I WAS GIVEN THE OLD TRICK CALLED BATE & SWITCH
I am a woman who was cheated because she was alone. I went in this afternoon to buy 2 used tires. I was shown 2 very nice tires that looked like new, I was told they would be $ 75. I asked if the price was negotiable because last year I had purchased 2 tires for $ 60. The men spoke in a different language to each other and they said they were very nice tires so the lowest price was $ 70. I agreed. As they were going to install the tires I stood and was watching the process. The men told me to wait over there in the waiting area. As I was paying the nice young man told me to just give him $ 65 because the tires they originally showed me did not fit and they had installed 2 different tires. Why did they not tell me this as I was just a few feet away in the waiting area. I paid the money and went home to show the tires to my male friend. He looked at them and said I got cheated so we went back. He asked them why they switched the tires from the original ones and they told him their reason, that they did not FIT. The tires I received were dirty-​different sizes and really worn. He asked for a refund and my old tires. As they switched them we even noticed a nail in the new tires I just got. What a load of crap from these men. I would not recommend them to anyone, ESPECIALLY A SINGLE FEMALE!

I had my tire repaired on 9−16−12.They damaged my rim.

Went here for new Tires and Rims.
1^st, they didnt transfer the tire pressure sensors (which newr cars have) into my new tires, so the warning light was on.
2^nd they didnt balance my tires
I went back they balanced them. Asked about the lighton about the tire pressure and they said that they didnt transfer over the sensors because I wanted to keep my old rims. DUH! Im not giving them my perfectly fine old rims, WTH!
My husband went back to talk to the person in charge and he wanted to charge $ 60 more to move the sensors, which should of been done to begin with. SoI went over myself and had to go off on the guy until he finally agreed to do it no charge. So I took it back and that was fixed, thank god.
Also this place charges a 3% fee to use credit card!!!
Now my car shakes when I drive, I took it to another place to get checked and the new place said that they were supposed to put some seal in the gap of the rim, that is why my car shakes. So now I have to pay for this!!! Also this place told me the tires Natomas tire and wheel put on are the worst possible tires. I did notice how loud they were.
I was tryin to help a mom n pop shop by goin here and got screwed!!! I’m not even gona bother to go back to complain about the shaking, screw it!
PS take note I spent $ 900 at this place!

Do not do business here the owner of the shop is very shady. I went there to have some wheels put on my car and the wheels did not fit and instead of letting me know he put spacers on them to make them fit. Then 1 day shy of 30 days the wheel came off my car while I was driving! When I called them they refused to fix the damage and said that someone probably loosen my lug nuts. Unbelieveable! Customers beware they are just out to rip people off and make a quick buck and this will cost you big time in the end or you can possibly be seriously injured.

Called to see what new tires they have, talked to the guy the day before I went in, he informed me they opened at 9AM. Called the next day at 9AM no answer, then again at 1030AM no answer. Said forget it and went to the Goodyear down the street and got a new tire there. Decided to walk down to this mom n pop tire place around 1130 while my car was at Goodyear and see if anyone showed up yet, the guy was sitting down and I asked him why they didn’t open at 9AM. He gave me some weird excuse and told me they had a «slow start». It didn’t look like a place I’d trust anyway

I purchased brand new tires from Natomas Tire and Wheels in April. One blew out on me yesterday and another is on it’s way out. I went to the establishment today and was told by the manager that the tires are bald and that he cannot help me. He then walked away. I followed him into the office and requested a copy of the tire warranty. He gave it to me and got on his cell phone. I know it is tempting to purchase tires from mom and pop shops, but I will never do it again. I am unemployed and could not afford to buy the tires to begin with. Now I have to figure out how I am going to pay for two more. I should have gone to a reputable company to begin with.
