Manager
I started pursuing my real estate career in 1994 when I turned my first home into a rental. Over the years I have owned 16 properties, most of which I managed as rentals (13 rentals at once). I became very familiar with the buying and selling process as a client before ever considering becoming an agent.
I refocused my passion of hunting for properties for myself and now I hunt for the perfect home for my clients. I still get to pursue my passion and I don’t have to move often or manage rentals. This way I get to do it many more times a year and it’s much more fulfilling to help someone else buy or sell their home than it is to purchase one for me.
